Stonetree Golf Club

Good pace of play. Course is currently undergoing major maintenance to upgrade irrigation so that should help. Course was in not so great shape, but the price isn’t crazy either. If you’re just getting into the game, this is a great course for you.

This has been by far one of the most challenging golf golf courses that I have played on. One it was very hard find your ball during the dormant season. Two all of their sand pits have no sand, bit have concrete with a liner. I am not sure if they are planning on to fill them in later with sand or not. On the first hole is where my challenging experience began. The direction I thought I was hitting was definitely not the direction I expected my ball to go. So be sure to aim more left than you think need to. If not, you will aim towards the street or airfield next door. The next challenge is…

Greens and tee boxes needed work. $40 for a Monday afternoon tee time.

Grabbed a GolfMoose deal and played Dec 31st 2021. Easy check in, cool starter, and first impressions were good. Pace of play was brutal. They let off 5-6 twosomes in a row. The people behind didn't want to pair, so thankfully the group in front extended the offer that made the round enjoyable. Greens are great here, and neat layout. Enjoyed the stop.

Played nine holes at this course fairways and greens are well maintained. just don’t get into the bunkers they definitely need a lot of work. The staff there is very nice. Overall nice course will definitely play it again.

Just another sunny blue sky day in Killeen. Great location for a Day of golf. Affordable, fast rolling greens! Carts are well maintained, fairways and over all experience was amazing! I will mention that the sand traps are not sandy! Cheers to my Google reviews!

Nice open course with a few (mostly) avoidable water hazzards 😬... Interactive, helpful staff.

Played this course, the fairways were good, bunkers were gutted out which takes away from the aesthetic of the course, the greens need to be rolled, they also have alot of weed sprouts which makes it difficult to put.

My first time going to their Fall festival. Awesome event, great safe time for family fun. From candy, hayrides, photo booths, dancing, eating and many vendors. I've never played goft there but if this is a representation of the customer service.

Course continues to disappoint.The last 2 years of this mismanagement has ruined this 4 star course. They cannot even keep grass cut and weeds under control . Bunkers have been deemed unplayable and lateral hazards,and have 2 foot tall weeds in some ,but continue to charge full price. Go to another place to play if you want your money's worth.

Played last evening but couldn’t finish our round because the first cart provided died after the 6th hole and the replacement cart provided died after the 14th hole. Totally unacceptable. The traps are absolutely unplayable. And the greens were very shaggy. Appeared as if they had not been mowed inna few days. I would not recommend this course to fellow golfers.

I don’t really golf honesty but this is a very well kept course. I do fish however and what I’ve been told anytime after 7pm I’m good also for us that do fish there we stay out of the way of golfers and pick up trash even if it’s not ours because we would also like to preserve the course along with the ponds.
