In summary

Streetsville Glen Golf Club is appreciated for its friendly staff and affordability, making it a suitable choice for beginners looking for a relaxed, low-pressure environment. However, many visitors express concerns about the course's maintenance, citing issues with signage, fairway conditions, and confusing layouts, which can detract from the overall golfing experience.

The greens were in good shape, but the fairways were dry. No signs to know where to go for the 8th hole, you have to go back through the gravel entrance and go across the street. I had to go into the clubhouse, which is just a trailer to ask where it was because there weren’t any signs. Don’t waste your money here, go elsewhere. It’s the first and last time I will golf here.

Great course for beginners! Photos from end of May, and the course was nothing fancy nor groundbreaking and pretty small, but a quiet and relatively well maintained course to practice on! The prices were very fair, the staff was friendly during our check in process when we went for a walk in!

This is a very cute golf course. Although the holes are not very long in length but the complexity is high. Enjoyed playing here and will try to do better next time.

No maintenance and worst conditions I have seen on a course. Greens are brown, paths are misleading and confusing, tee boxes are not flat. Hole 6 is terrible and has hydro lines crossing the course (my ball struck a line), has an asphalt driveway passing through, and is wedged between the pro shop and the parking lot. I’ll be generous and give it a 2 star. Could be a great course for beginners if maintained and currently offers first timers a chance to hack away. Felt like this was deserving of a review to warn others.

I recently played at Streetsville Glen Golf Club and had mixed feelings about the experience. The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome right away, which was nice. The course itself is pretty quiet, so it’s easy to relax and not feel rushed, which I appreciated. That said, the first few holes were honestly confusing. I wasn’t sure which flag to aim for at times, and there were no maps or clear signs to help out. If it’s your first time there, be prepared to spend a bit figuring out the layout. Also, there weren’t any benches around, and no golf carts were available, so you’ll be…

They should pay you to play here! This course is beyond terrible! It’s a frustrating game as the fairway is so bad you can’t even find your ball.

Absolutely beautiful course. It was very interesting and challenging. It was a bit short but still fun none the less. The club house is very nice and the carts very pretty new and very clean. The grass in good condition throughout the course. Reasonably priced as well. I do think some of the yardages are a bit off.

Great course for beginners. I've been coming for many years, and this year the maintenance has (unfortunately) been the worst. They've adjusted the price a bit to account for the poor conditions; but still does not live up to the typical Kneff standards.

Course is experiencing VERY poor maintenance issues. They said it was a drought (which is true) but even the paths are beaten up and signage is missing in some spots. I would not golf here until it is fixed. Expect to go searching for at least two holes. The “greens” are all dirt. Hole 7 was the only acceptable one in our opinion.

Nice staff, friendly people. There are nicer golf courses for this price however. At $35, you get 9 holes. The first few holes are so confusing if it's your first time. I didn't know what flag I was supposed to be shooting at half the time... And I've been to maybe 20 other courses in the GTA. No map on the signs, no benches, no golf carts. The last 2 holes are beautiful though. And a positive is that it's pretty empty, which made for a relaxed game.

I'd like to recommend this course for beginners because these type of 9 hole courses where it's not too difficult and beginners can actually learn/practice with lengths range from short to long before going to a full 18. However, the course needs maintenance work. The tee box in some holes are majority dirt, and many divots in the smaller tee box.
