Summit Golf & Country Club

Love this course! It was my first time playing here — hopefully the first of many. It’s the kind of place that rewards you once you learn where to hit it and get familiar with its quirks. You can definitely score well, especially during the 5/3/5/3 stretch on the back nine. It’s a great mix of challenging and fun without ever getting boring. The members are very lucky to have a place like this.

Its very sad when the pro at a golf course threatens it's member not to help each other at the driving range as it takes away monies from the teaching pro. Yes, Mr. Pro iL , I am talking about you. You threatened to have our father banned from the course for helping his buddies. Perhaps if you had taught better they would have gone to you. Since the arrival of you the easy attitude of the course has gone. You couldn't make it as a pro, so you decided to bully the members . Absolutely stunning course with top-tier conditions and a great layout! The fairways were pristine, greens rolled true, and the overall vibe of the club was both welcoming and classy. Staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish. Whether you're playing a serious round or just enjoying a day out, Summit delivers an excellent golf experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing staff and the course is in fabulous condition. Just finished the member guest 2 day tournament which is the best Club tournament around. Ian and his staff are great at organizing a very busy 2 days of great food and drinks. Hats off to Summit staff and all that made it a fabulous 2 day event.

The most beautiful course I've seen, very Senic, very hilly, best to take a cart if you're not up for a climb. But we walked it all four days of the tournament and I loved the exercise and scenery.

Beautiful club! Big fan of the setting right in the middle of nature, its the perfect getaway for rounds of golf. Clubhouse was immaculately clean with a great menu, and staff was always very kind. Members and staff treat each other like family. Highly recommend!

Great to be back for another season. The course is great shape and earlier than seasons past.

Never a bad day at the Summit, unless I look at my scorecard! Beautiful course! Great staff and members! Greens are big, but tough and hole 14 and hole 18 have a spectacular view at sunset!!

Best course in Tampa area … even has elevation, something rare in Florida. Hole #7 is spectacular
