What People Say

In summary

Sun City Lakes Golf is appreciated for its well-maintained courses, friendly staff, and scenic setting with rivers and lakes enhancing the golfing experience. Many golfers enjoy the variety and challenge offered by the different courses, along with reasonable pricing. However, some visitors have reported issues with slow pace of play, inconsistent policies regarding vouchers and fees, and limited availability of golf carts, which can detract from the overall experience.

Us and another couple attempted to use our digital voucher through Golfmoose which we had already paid for and the two very rude employees at the desk informed us that “they don’t accept digital vouchers” they must be printed. The website clearly gives a choice of printed or downloaded vouchers which most everything anymore is digital!I I contacted Golf moose for a refund which they were very accommodating and surprised that the vouchers were not accepted. We were looking forward to playing the course but that will not happen now because of how rude the employees were.

What a wonderful Sun City Golf Course! Love the river and the lakes running through the course 😀 paid $12 to walk after 3:00 p.m. and finished all 18 👍👍 greens were beautiful and undulating and running about a 10. Fairways and tee boxes were plush green grass.. bunkers were good too 👍 great staff inside thank you for an awesome place to play golf!!

A clean, open, friendly place to golf. A driving range, practice putting green, tables to gather at make this a great spot to book a round of golf. All holes are open and offer just the right amount of challenge to novice to experienced golfer. A healthy mix of par 3 through par 5's keep you working on your golf game all round long.

Love playing the West Course, as well as all the courses near by. Golf Pros are friendly, good people and fun to chat with.

The Lakes west is a nice regulation course requiring a variety of shots and the Lakes east is a super fun executive course with small challenging greens. There are two gentlemen (Frank & Paul) that work at the starter desk that do an excellent job and are the reason we play there. I definitely would recommend this very nice place!

Nice course, but they allow 6 in a group. We were waiting 10 minutes at each tee box. The two groups behind us were waiting with us at one point. It took us over two hours to finish the front 9. We went home after 9 holes even though we paid for 18 because we don’t have 5 hours to spare + it wasn’t even fun at that point. Had we known this was going to be the experience, we would’ve gone elsewhere.

Will never play here again. Charge golf cart per seat $40 on top of green fees. No junior rates. Inconsistent pricing from online to phone then charged me more when we checked in! With all golf options in the area make this your last one. Rip off. Slow pace too!
