Sunset Country Club

Sunset Country Club in Moultrie GA is one of the golf gems of the south. They are currently running a membership special $1250 initiation and $200 a month. One of the best values in the south. Check them out if you are interested in joining a very nice southern old-school golf course!

This course is gorgeous and very fun to play. My advice is that you skip the range and spend and go to the practice putting green lol. The greens are the fastest I've ever played and full of slopes. 4 putt was my middle name out there. Full service clubhouse with food and drinks for adults and kids. Clean bathrooms in the clubhouse and around the course. Course is private so it's not overbooked and pace of play is pretty decent. Glad to have a buddy who can get me in here. The pie bald squirrels are a nice feature as well.

I have played a lot of courses. All over Florida ,Mississippi even in Florida the public golfing is better. might I say this was not what I expected between a 1 and a 10 I'll give it a 1 . never. Expected the experience with the prices they have. you are better playing in your on yard not what I expected.

Moultrie High School had their 50/51 Class Reunion here . It was wonderful. The food was prepared so deliciously. The servers were awesome . Everything was great . No complaints from ANYONE. We have had our reunion here before several times. Words can't adequately describe it . If anyone chooses to have anything here , you will not be sorry .

A lot slower then shingle work.However tedious work trumps, speed work, two to one!!

For the price of dues and membership, this is an exceptional club. Better maintained, better customer service, much better food and really better run than any of the two dozen courses I’ve played over the last three years. I’ve played courses in Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia. I did play on an Air Force base where the course hosts several national competitions and was tended by an army of grounds personnel. Hard to beat for $25. Other than this, Sunset Country Club wins, hands down.

I have visited this golf club on more than one occasion and every experience was great. I have never played golf before ,but I would love to learn that game so I plan on joining the club. I can say this is a friendly and safe enviornment and I recommend that you join if you like to play golf , fish or just chill. I have fished over there and I had wonderful time doing it. They also have swimming pool for the summer. Regina is the worst office manager that has ever walked this planet I believe. She’s never at work, she never returns calls, I’ve gone up to the CC during business hours and the front end is closed up. This place is the worst CC I have been a member of and it’s a shining example of what mismanagement and poor leadership gets you at a place. I can’t even cancel my membership there because no one is ever at work. What a joke

This is a wonderful golf ⛳ club 👍 and the staff are very nice and friendly 😉. I highly recommend this place to all people whose in to playing golf ⛳. Get a membership. They also serve great food. Plus you also can enjoy a good meal. The food is delicious 😋. They also have fishing ponds for you to fish in.

Had dinner, the Thursday swordfish special was PHENOMENAL. Hearty, tasty, healthy! Appetizers and dessert were delicious. Beautiful location, great time!

Food and service was great! The atmosphere was fun and inviting. Really enjoyed the icons of the course taking jabs at each other...their ruthless...lol.

Very well maintained and groomed. It's definitely a placement course. Old tradition built course tree lines, small elevated golf course. Nice place to play.
