Glen Arven Country Club

One of my favorite golf courses. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Great private local country club in Thomasville, GA founded in 1892. Play there with my son-in-law when visiting my youngest daughter and family. The golf course is always in good condition year round. Just played in late December 2024 and the course was in great condition!

Beautifully brutal course, and man, it kicked my rear end! I would go back in a heartbeat. Proshop staff was very nice. The chicken quesadilla was probably one of the best I've ever had. Nicholas was an excellent bartender and bar host for post round drinks. This course is amazing.

If this was open to the public, it would be overflowing. Very nice private club with many old fashioned amenities. Love the outdoor fireplace and good for parties. Overflowed for Crescendo. Good food and bar. Pool facilities make you feel like you were there in the earlier years. It used to have a bathing suit ringer.

Sara Micheal is the most superior waiter at the GACC by far, if you ever stumble upon the premises ask for Sara Micheal; she’ll get work done. She is highly advanced in her expertise and beholds a quite charming aura. Everyone enjoys having Sara Michael around!

Played here for the BrookWood Tournament on 05/04/23. My first time here. Course was in good shape, little shorter course than what I'm use to playing, but the Pro Shop was nice and the Staff was friendly for the most part. Too bad it's strictly a Private Course.

Our family loves Glen Arven! We are long-time members and have been fortunate enough to watch it grow into the fabulous facility that it is today.

If you love golf, this is the club for you. Beautiful grounds, very well kept. You will feel at home here. Don't forget to try the restaurant, the food is exquisite. 5 star club. Come and enjoy. Everyone is family here.

We are so proud to be a member of this fine country club. They have the best staff and the food is outstanding. It’s our favorite place to dine and socialize.

Please, Please, Please do NOT go to this golf course. I was told by I believe to be the manager of the golf course, I could not golf there due to my color and he didn't want my kind on his golf course, No, I don't break any laws. I pay like everyone else when I go to different establishments. However; he said he don't need nor want my colored money. BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE
