In summary

Jefferson Country Club is appreciated for its friendly staff and enjoyable 9-hole layout, which offers a challenging yet picturesque golfing experience. The course is generally well-maintained, with some amenities like a bar, snacks, and a pool for members. However, several visitors have expressed concerns about the condition of the greens and fairways, as well as the pricing structure, which some find high for the quality offered.

What breaks my heart is, until 6 short years ago, you got nine decent holes of golf for 12 bucks (eighteen for 20) a round on a quiet course. They knew their worth and made it work. Then the surge in golf interest that COVID brought happened and they suddenly wanted to bring back the 80s. You can still be a non-member and play but only if they don’t see you all that often. If you do join, that’s the one thing from the 80s they don’t do, the member fee doesn’t include green fees. You’re still paying full price. So basically you’re paying them for the privilege to pay them again. And what do you…

This place used to be a nice hidden gem but now they charge full price, with no warning, that 4/9 greens are temp. In addition, the other 5 make other courses at the same price seem like private clubs. Two stars because the fairway grass is decent. Maybe wait 2+ years to give them time to graduate from being the trailer park of country clubs.

Nice little country course. Greens were in fair shape. Fairways are extremely uneven and bumpy. The one ball washer I used, looked like it had chocolate milk in it. Cart paths are in bad shape, when there are any. Sand traps haven't been dragged in some time. Some had grass growing in them, but there has been a lot of rain lately. The price has increased since I was there last, so maybe improvements to coming soon? Would play there again, but disappointed.

Pro shop man looks like he is stuck in 1992 with frosted tips. Every time I go there it seems to a inconvenience for them to let me play. Driving range is for members only. Let’s 5/10 people play at a time. Gave 2 stars become it could be a awesome cheap course but management and staff is the worst I have ever seen. Seems to be more of a bar on a golf course than a golf course with a bar

Nice 9-hole golf course. Well taken care of. Has snacks and a bar. Membership is a little pricey but the course is fun to play. Has showers and locker rooms. Also has a pool for members.

Great people and good course. A few greens had some patches but that is probably from it being so dry. A good place to go and have a round and not spend a small fortune.

Nice small town club. Nine holes played two different ways for eighteen. Decent greens. Great value.

Nice informal club. The layout of 9 greens and 18 tees is surprisingly challenging. Greens are in good shape!

Laid back and friendly staff. A great nine hole course framed by soaring pines that soak up the sunlight for a picture perfect golf experience.

The course is in TERRIBLE condition and the greens fees are exorbitant for this 9-hole course.

The 9 hole golf course is open to the public, nice carts and descent course.

Fun golf course but members playing in a fivesome and six-some backed the whole course up. I'll be reluctant to go back.
