In summary

Swansea Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, friendly and accommodating staff, and enjoyable amenities, making it a popular choice for both casual rounds and tournaments. The course layout, including both the championship course and the executive par 3, is appreciated for being challenging yet accessible. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the pace of play, particularly during peak times, and the lack of on-course amenities like water coolers, which can impact the overall experience.

For the early season. The course was in good shape. Greens we running well. Tee boxes were good. The price was fair. I enjoy our round at Swansea country club. Also the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Great course and wonderful staff. Wide fairways and very clean, the greens were fast but not impossible. Very dynamic and enjoyable.

We just wrapped our 4th Tournament at SCC. We can't say enough great things about working with the staff at SCC. The help they provide with tournament launch and day of tasks is above and beyond, they make it an easy and seamless process! We've sold out every year, this past year, in 8 hours! Thank You SCC!

Some of the pin placements are nearly impossible. The ninth specifically, 15 fleet off the front onto a false front, hit behind the flag your put is going off the green if you don't hole it.

What happened to this place!? I have not played here in over 15-20 years but remember it being top notch. Now not even close. The greens were in great condition and quite difficult so that part was good. The rest of the course seems to have seen better days. The carts have not been replaced in years, ripped seats and slow. No signs or water coolers on any tees. Today was a 90+ degree day and on the front nine, there was no drink cart seen anywhere. On the back nine, the drink cart actually drove by us 5 times and did not stop to ask if we wanted anything. She should be fired immediately. She l…

I was able to only play 9 holes due to time constraints, but I really enjoyed this golf course. It was in good condition overall and even though it was very busy, the pace of play was at a normal speed, not a lot of waiting between tee boxes. Very affordable prices. 👌

Great course, customer focused service Staff, and an enjoyable experience for golfers and volunteers alike at our charity golf tournament this year (like those volunteering at the air cannon contest below). Already booked our 2025 tournament at Swansea!

I just want to give a huge thank you to Robb Martin and his amazing staff at Swansea Country Club for hosting my daughter's 6th birthday pool party. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The pool area was fantastic - super clean, well-maintained, and incredibly accommodating for both kids and adults. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time. It truly made the day special for my daughter and all of her friends. Thank you again, Robb and team - you helped create a birthday we'll never forget!

Swansea Country Club has the potential to be a great public course. The layout is solid, conditions are generally well-maintained, and the pricing is fair. Unfortunately, all of that is overshadowed by how poorly the course is managed when it comes to pace of play and overall golfer experience. Tee times are scheduled every 8 minutes, and somehow they allow fivesomes — a clear sign that the club is more interested in squeezing in as many paying groups as possible than in providing a quality round of golf. The result is painfully slow play, especially during peak hours, often turning an 18-hol…

Played the executive par 3. Course was in great shape. Very challenging par 3. Only downfall a little pricey for a par 3. Paid 31.00 for 9 holes with a cart. Played another 9 and it was 21.00 more. 52.00 for a par 3. Little expensive. Next time I will definitely walk it!

We have been playing Swansea for over 10 years now on Saturday mornings and are looking forward to 10 more. Robb and his staff provide a great service that includes range balls, drink service, and a nice lunch after our round. Course conditions are great to began with, but every year Robb finds a way to improve the track even more. Reasonably priced and just a great place to play!
