Windmill Hill Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained par 3 layout, which offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience with varied holes and scenic hazards. The friendly staff and good clubhouse amenities, including quality food and drink, enhance the overall experience. While most visitors appreciate the reasonable pricing and relaxed atmosphere, some have noted occasional issues with reservation management and slow play during peak times.

Excellent par 3 course. Well maintained. Definitely not a pitch and putt. You will use some of your longer clubs here. Great course layout. Also I have never seen it crowded here.

Very nice Par 3 course. Very reasonable rates and plays quickly if you're short on time. Nice greens, varied layout, not boring at all. 3 consecutive holes have water/marsh carries that will challenge you. Great clubhouse, good food. Nice little practice green too.

Learned to play golf with my father here growing up, it’s still our favorite course to play together. You will be missed!

Great small course. 9 holes all par three but bring all your clubs. The holes range from. 116 yards to 218 yards from the blue tees. They do offer three sets of tees for all abilities and ages. The course is challenging but fun. You can really get your short game in shape with a few practice rounds here. It is a great place to play golf without killing a whole day! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is also good. I especially recommend breakfast.

As Par 3 courses go this is one of the best in the area. I've also played the Par 3 at Mulligan's Island as well as Swansea CC, which is also challenging, but Windmill is bigger, more open, less claustrophobic and a little more convenient. Yes, one of the women who tends the bar can be a bit aloof (so can the manager, actually) but I've been playing this course with my friends for around 4-5 years and it has never interfered with our enjoyment of it. My only complaint is that it's pricey: $16 in peak season, yet they sometimes fail to enforce common-sense policies like group maximums of 4 pe…

Good 3 par course. Has 9 holes which you can go around twice. Good course to practice your irons, not really any driver holes. Has good food and bar as well

Hey guys, love your kind and friendly golf course, a lot of love goes into this beautiful course, the couple who run it are delightful and the family and friends who help are all so kind and helpful. Food and drink are superb, my only suggestion, please keep cable news off the television, we are really trying to escape politics for a few hours, and remember America as it used to be, keep up the good work, thanks, Steve Dennis

I've visited Windmill 2 Sundays in a row. I am new to golf. But i must say this course is very well kept. Staff is friendly, just an excellent all around experience will be back next Sunday.

This is my first season as a golfer, and this course should have been the first one I played! You're gonna lose some balls with several wacky hazards, but this place has it all. Affordable too. Will def be back!

A couple of holes require you to hit over hazards (3rd is about 200+ over a marsh) making this a nicely challenging course. Course has always been in good condition when I play.

This golf course did not honor my Fathers Day reservation for four, though it was confirmed by phone the day prior, and completely ruined our gift to our Dad. We drove 40 minutes out of town to try out the course for the first time as my husband works in the field and enjoys finding new courses to frequent. Nonetheless, we were appalled to discover that this in fact is a horrible course to do business with. We will never go back and I am embarrassed to have recommended this course as a gift to someone I care for. The woman working the bar ignored us when we walked in for no less than 10 minute…
