In summary

Talking Stick Golf Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained courses, with both the Piipaash and O’odham courses offering unique challenges and excellent playing conditions. The staff is noted for being friendly and professional, and the amenities, including a well-stocked pro shop and clean facilities, enhance the overall experience. However, some visitors feel the pricing is high compared to other local courses, and there are occasional concerns about signage and the condition of rental clubs.

I’ve voted the North course as “best place in phx to step off a plane and play 18 fun holes without getting your ass kicked”. Great course.

Great golf course. Well maintained. Fairways weren’t as narrow as I was expecting but if you get off them, you’re in sand and rocks. Greens were very fast.

My brother and I have played both courses now. Most recently, we played the Piipash course. Both courses were in excellent condition, from tee to green. The staff was very professional and helpful. Both courses offer their own unique challenges, bunkers had plenty of nice, fluffy sand, and the greens rolled true and fairly fast. And both have beautiful views all around.

Playing at Talking Sticks Golf course was a great experience. The course was in great shape. They had just over seeded and the grass was plush. The greens were rolling fast. This time of year is the perfect weather. Great technology in the carts. Very friendly staff. All Around great facilities!

My husband I golfed here last year and the course was in great condition. We golfed the Piipaash course and had a good time in with great weather. The staff was friendly and helpful getting us on our tee time. The only reason it wasn't a full stars was because it was a little hard to find the golf club since the signs were difficult to find and we first parked at the hotel/casino.

Talking Stick Golf Club is, without question, the best golf experience in the Valley. And it’s not particularly close. Both courses are immaculate year-round, and the staff genuinely take pride in what they do. You can feel the difference. The membership card is a no-brainer. The free round alone covers the cost, everything after that is pure value. If you play with any regularity and don’t have one, you’re leaving money on the table.

One of my favorite places to golf in Scottsdale. The two courses are in great shape during the winter months. The greens were fast and smooth. The staff was friendly.

While it may not offer the typical desert golf experience, this course still provides a delightful desert ambience. Some holes present a challenge, but the fairways are spacious and the greens are generously sized. I played the O’odham course and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent playing conditions during my visit in early December. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pace of play was smooth, with minimal waiting throughout the round. I would definitely return to play the same 18 holes, and I’m eager to try the Piipaash course as well.

Course conditions and facilities was on point. Very nice. Staff was great. Friendly and helpful not as dramatic as some of the desert and mountain courses, but the course was in great shape. Given the options I had on the day and time, I think it’s a great value. I would have played again during my trip but was not able to find a tee time that worked.

Played the piipaash course at the end of January. The course was in excellent condition and played very good. Greens, fairways and tee decks were all exceptional. Next golf trip will definitely be coming back.

It was the last course on a bachelor trip, and possibly the best! We played the O'odham Course and the course layout was spectacular. Great clubhouse and even better proshop. I rarely buy from the shop but I left with a Peter Millar and two ball markers. For the price/stay at the resort, I will certainly be back to play both courses over the same weekend.
