Tanglewood Shores Golf & Country Club

Bonfire was very nice. Was sorry to hear about the band member, and hope he gets well soon, but the DJ was great (he actually played songs I knew!).

It's crazy I don't play golf or go swimming I just use the road to go in and out to my property but they want over 700 a year and I have a little boy growing up and nobody notified me of a child malester being close to me and neighbors calling the police department more than 25 times just because they can smh private community means mind your business and don't harass people for no real reason people with kids should be notified about people who commit crimes on children smh

Tanglewood Shores is a nice private course tucked away in rural southside Virginia. The course was in great shape with the exception of a few tee boxes and a couple bunkers that were undergoing renovations. The course itself is extremely tight and has small greens which makes accuracy a must. This course is worth checking out if in the Lake Gaston Area or if you enjoy traveling and playing different places like I do.

Nice clubhouse with a pool. Short, challenging 9 hole golf course that is narrow but enjoyable. Has a rec area with a lake swimming area, volleyball, basketball, a roofed cabanna, sand beach, boat launch, piers you can fish from, and children's playground. Tennis courts behind the clubhouse. I grew up here and I can tell you there is no shortage of things to do outside. On outdoorsman's dream.

Love the neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly and as a guest of the neighborhood and pool, the pool and bathrooms are always upkept very clean! Managed/lifeguarded/front desk all superb! 5 stars

Went for the Toys for Tots breakfast put on by the Optimist Club. Good food and great conversation. Army, Navy, Marines and many others supporting our neighbors.

Charlotte Lewis and the Hannah family hosted a fundraiser for MCCA in memory of Kathy Hannah. This is an annual event enjoyed by all that come and support this great cause.

We have recently moved here we love the community as well as the lake and pool. Also an amazing 9 hole Golf Course.

Beautiful course with a bit of a challenge playing between houses and some blind shots. I had a lot of fun playing this course.

I,played golf with the not so serious group today had a great time..l hit the ball real good, for not playing for two years.,l did good
