In summary

Temple Hills Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained golf course, attractive layout, and friendly staff, offering a pleasant setting for both casual play and events. The club is appreciated for its family-friendly amenities, including a pool and activities, although some members express concerns about the outdated clubhouse and the quality of food and services, which they feel do not align with the rising membership dues. Additionally, there are reports of management issues and a lack of significant capital improvements outside of the golf course itself.

What a great Tennessee course! High five to the attractive guest rate. Greens are in perfect shape right now: soft for spin; very fast; and filled in nicely. Green undulation was fair to medium; nothing too difficult. The fairways are supreme and play nicely for a RH draw or LH fade. Sand and water are both low to medium as far as amounts of each and their presence. It’s a very easy course for finding poorly struck balls that left the fairway. No humongous roughs or anything like that. I look forward to playing here. There’s a great range and putting green. The clubhouse and amenities were gre…

Fantastic course. 27 holes - most are high quality, many with great layouts and gorgeous views. Club house needs a good bit of work. Nice for families - pool and activities. Excellent value. If you’re joining a club for the golf, it’s a hidden gem.

We reported that golfers entered our property without permission to retrieve their golf balls. This behavior constitutes trespassing and raises serious concerns about safety and property boundaries. However, the General Manager has taken no action to address the issue.

The golf and people at Temple Hills are fantastic. Most of the staff is welcoming and friendly. The problem here lies with the corporate management of our facilities. Outside of the golf course our facilities are sub par at best, yet we are forced to have our dues raised year after year. My family’s dues are almost triple since joining in 2019. Let me clarify that this is not all about money. If we had a decent restaurant and grill, or an acceptable good and bar service at the pool the money wouldn’t be an issue. With that being said, since joining in 2019 our food continues to get worse. It…

I've been a member at THCC going on 4 years, while I have played here many times over the past 20 years. I'll be as fair as possible.... Temple Hills -The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.... The GOOD -The course layout is awesome. I would put our layout against any course in Nashville. 27 holes of challenging terrain that doesn't get stale. Very few throwaway holes. The conditions are usually pretty good but not exceptional. The biggest gripe would be the speed of the greens during the summer. Our old bent greens get very soft and slow during the hot and humid summer months here, but during the sp…

“Members”? LOL The monthly dues at our “Club” have nearly doubled in the last 36 months and yet the product and experience have actually gotten worse. What customer wouldn’t be unhappy with that price increase for the same or worse product? But ultimately, they don’t care. Apollo will IPO “Invited” this year and make 4x their money – you’re welcome. The food is subpar, the atmosphere looks and feels like a nursing home, the driving range is always on the mats and closes too early (for a sizable annual fee), all the staff has one foot out the door, they fired the GM, and they’ve made ZERO capit…

I recently visited the Country Club for a private event and was very impressed with the event service and the food. Very nice options for appetizers which were served by the staff. The dinner food,, including vegatian options,, was delicious.. The bar was well stocked and professionally served. Christian and his staff do a wonderful job with events.
