Tetherow Golf Club is praised for its stunning location in Central Oregon, impressive golf course, and well-maintained amenities, including a pool and workout area. Many visitors appreciate the spacious and comfortable accommodations, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. However, some guests have experienced issues with customer service, room maintenance, and dining services, noting that these aspects can fall short of the resort's luxury branding.

I’m at the resort every day, but I’ve stayed there in the past a top-notch Resort. They do their best please the customer and it helps that the area is one of the most beautiful places in Central Oregon. Great golf course and a great workout area with a pool.

Tetherow looks like a high-end property—until you actually interact with the staff. From the moment we arrived, the service fell completely flat. The ProShop feels like a place where the employees hide in the back to talk about people rather than assist guests. Zero engagement, zero hospitality, and absolutely no sense of welcoming golfers. The head gal is about as friendly as a poke in the eye. For a resort that markets itself as premium, the customer interaction is shockingly bad. The hotel isn’t any better. “Mid” is honestly generous. The staff didn’t seem to care that our room was booked…

Convenient to Bend city center - spacious rooms with fair pricing . Here in winter so no golf , but hot tub and pool very nice . Great food (only if the restaurant decides to pick up the phone) which makes it hard to feed kids that don't want to go to the restaurant. I would not call this Luxury and design already dated for being so new . It's nice , but not luxury.

Stayed three nights at the resort hotel. No soaker tub as advertised, walls are so thin the people below us stayed up blasting music until 430am, no room service and the restaurants at the resort do not deliver to your rooms. Phone charging port on the lamp was busted so only one working outlet in the room. Lighting requires one of your two room keys to operate. Two bathrobes for the four guests we had. No cleaning of the rooms or fresh towels brought any of the three nights we had to take out our own trash. The heated pool and hot tubs were full of wild children. Tv was so old it barely had a…

This was a great experience for our extended family of 9 people including 5 grandkids ranging in age from 24 to 6 years old. We stayed in one of the houses. They enjoyed the hot tub, the gym, and just chilling. We played monopoly, scrabble, and put a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle together. They went snowboarding on Mt. Bachelor 2 days, we visited wineries, breweries, and Old Mill Town. A very relaxing week between Christmas and New Year's Day.

It's a great resort area. More for the uppity type really. A little too much for me, but it is a beautiful place and in a great area with views of the mountains and Deschutes River nearby. Thx guys!

I came here for work then stayed a little longer with my family. Everything has gone smoothly. I’m especially impressed with the comfortable and spacious rooms, jaw dropping views, the trails and proximity to everything, the food at the row, and last but not least, the staff! I have had multiple encounters from the housekeeping head who saw me struggling to zip my bag in my car on the way in and carried it for me, to the gentlemen who offered to open the door for me when I was carrying my baby, to the bar staff and beyond. Nothing but great things to say from us. I sincerely hope they compensa…

Stay anywhere but here! Horrible customer service as the front desk goes out of their way to protect management. We needed to escalate a family issue that needed approval, and was finally able to leave a voicemail for Kevin, the General Manager, who never had the decency or professionalism to respond. One and done here. After reading this review, Kevin did respond. We're enjoying our week here

Beautiful resort, welcoming staff, clean facilities. They have a pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and obviously a massive golf course. The rooms are nice and. Lean. Great experience.

We had a wonderful time at this resort! Staff were friendly and welcoming and the check-in and -out process was very smooth. Rooms were awesome, cozy and clean, and we loved the layout. The body wash/shampoo dispensers were empty when we got there, but a simple call to the front desk was super quick to fix that. The shower drained seemed a bit clogged and drained slow. We had a great time at the pool and gym. If you're a mountain biker, there is access to Phils and even just around the hotel there are a few trails that are super fun and in great shape!

Do not waste your money staying here. It is overpriced for what it is and the service and customer care is garbage. Housekeeping is only upon request which would be fine but they don’t bother notifying you at check in and if you call in the morning, they likely won’t be able to schedule it for you. They have events that use far more parking spots than they have near the lodge and they do NOTHING to protect it for people staying there. Your only option is ann overflow gravel lot at the far end of the property which fills up too. This place prices itself like a 4 star resort with views and great…

I rarely ever leave reviews, but this one absolutely deserves it. My stay at the hotel was, frankly, awful—I was ready to leave a 1-star review based on that experience alone. But before I left, I decided to stop by the golf shop, and that one decision changed everything. I was welcomed immediately and warmly by Natalie, and she completely turned my day around. Her professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm were next-level. I had originally planned to just pick up a ball marker for my husband, but because of her outstanding service and engaging personality, I ended up walking out with over $3…
