Played on 10-01-2025 and I got to say its the best the course has ever been. The greens were pure and fast. The fairways were immaculate, no bare spots and the bunkers were beautiful white sand. Best value for $53 dollars after 2pm. It has to be in the top 3 places public places to play right now. You got to go check it out, unbelievable.

A rare 5 star review for me. For a few reasons. The course was in good condition, recovering from aeration but so are all the good courses in DFW right now. It’ll help in July/August. But the layout is awesome, facilities (range, putting green, chipping green) we’re in good condition, and the restaurant on site was really great! My 5 star goes to the fact that they allowed me to use the locker room to shower and change before a flight out. I appreciate the flexibility and great customer service. If I lived nearby, I’d definitely play here more often! Locals, play here!

Texas Star Golf Course is a great spot for both casual and serious golfers. The course is well-kept, with smooth greens, challenging holes, and plenty of space to enjoy your game without feeling crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful, making check-in and tee times easy.

I came here for a networking event for my company and found the course to be beautiful and everyone was super friendly! The staff members were super friendly, knowledgeable and also helpful they made sure to keep checking in and seeing if we needed anything!

Excellent menu. Great French toast. Generous servings. Friendly staff. Never an empty cup of coffee because the servers are so attentive. We love this place.

Texas Star Golf Course is hands down the most beautiful course I’ve ever played. The layout is immaculate — fairways and greens are in perfect shape from start to finish. Don’t let the beauty fool you, though — this course is tough! It challenged every part of my game and definitely humbled me big time. If you’re looking for a perfectly maintained, scenic, and demanding round of golf, Texas Star is the place to go!

This was my first time golfing and I had so much fun. The course was very well kept. There was adequate signage. The staff were very polite and helpful. That was very much appreciated as a first timer. Overly I highly recommend this course although some of the holes were a bit difficult.

The Texas Star was amazing to work with for our wedding. Leslie was so helpful and made so many suggestions. She answered all of our questions and made me feel so at ease when touring the venue. My dad was very impressed with Leslie and the venue from the first time we met with her several months ago through my wedding. He said, “The whole experience was top notch.” They do everything a venue should do! Their prices are extremely reasonable with no hidden fees, and their food prices are also EXTREMELY reasonable. Texas Star was a great place to have our golf tournament. The parking lot is great,I always suggest to ride with someone, especially during a tournament..but it was still great. The manager was awesome to meet up with, somethings changed as usual on game day,but we still had a successful event. The outside pavilion was very spacious. We were able to just grab carts when needed. The staff was awesome and amazing. We helped them add stickers to lunches for branding and sponsors. They servers burgers and beans. Definitely not a choice I would have picked, but maybe thats a golders delight..id…

Good course. Left my rangefinder on the cart and it’s a guarantee a cart kid stole it. Not sure how else it could possibly NOT get from the cart barn to the clubhouse lost and found.
