The Beaumaris Yacht Club

As a wedding photographer, I really enjoyed working at Beaumaris Yacht Club. The ceremony was held outdoors with the lake in the background, and it’s a great setup. The water view adds a clean and natural backdrop, so you don’t need much extra décor. It feels open, calm, and very Muskoka. The reception took place in the tent, which worked really well for the space. It keeps everyone close to the water while still feeling structured and comfortable. Attended this yacht club as a guest at a wedding, was a beautiful sunny day overlooking the water. The scenery was gorgeous and made an excellent backdrop for the photos. The old wooden building was full of character and charm, bathrooms are a little small for this type of event, but were clean. The tea light driveway was a nice finishing touch and added romance to the end of our night ride to our lodgings. Very pretty.

Awsome but no AC. We were at a wedding and sweated to death on a steamy Ontario day.

Burgers with the old crew on golf day was great to visit again.
