I am rating this course on my overall experience. If you are looking for an immaculate condition course this is not it. The course has a very good layout and the greens are tricky but roll very nice. If you are looking to have fun playing golf in a beautiful area, be treated like a friend by an excellent staff and shake hands with the owner over a cup of coffee you should spend some time here!

Great course with spectacular views. Green were in excellent condition and fast. The fairways could use a little more love but overall the course is great. We were there for a HS tournament and the staff was friendly.

Not a pleasant round today. Weather was beautiful but it didn’t seem like much maintenance was going on out there. $100 a round is extreme for a course in this condition.

Course is in horrible condition. $100/round is criminal for what you get. The bunkers look like they haven’t been maintained all year. Greens were full of weeds. Fairways were too tall. My group had a horrible experience. And the worst part? When I called to book the tee time I specifically asked if it was in better shape than some of the other reviews had made it seem. Guy said “yep. It’s in great shape. Everything is perfect”. Complete lie.

FVR not worth it. We’ve played this course 3 times the first two years not really having a problem other than the course is just beat up. This year we played this course mid July and the course is still beat up not worth $90 at all. I think an even bigger slap to the face is you aren’t allowed to have coolers even though you’re paying $90 to play in the heat. What was really upsetting was how poorly staff treated us. In one of our groups we were not aware of the “rule” no carts in the parking lot. Then manager was extremely rude about it accusing us of not following rules (“big guy obviously d…

They should shut down and run goats on that land. 100.00 to play on a golf course with no maintenance. They should be embarrassed. Only positive was the employees.

Unfortunate experience with golf shop, we booked a group of 5 six days in advance spoke on the phone and in person with the same gentlemen (that will not be named for professionalism)“didn’t have our booking” along with the group in front and behind us. Thankfully we were accommodated after showing a charge to our card that matched the name of the previous name of the course. The carts were need of some serious maintenance and the greens were in amazing shape for a Texas course in August so I’ll give them that!

This place has the food and for sure the best wings in Concan area. The beer is ice cold and the service is outstanding. Even if you are not there to play golf it is a great place to bring the family as well... My kids loved the pizza and my wife could sit on the back deck by the fireplace all night...

$100 is the set price, golf course is maybe $20 for a weekend rate at best. Great views, but an ill maintained golf course. Pictures on the website are misleading considering it is a dirt patch in the middle of a valley. I do hope people consider reading the reviews before they pay for a green fee because I’ve driven past trailer parks with more appeal.

Overpriced. Not worth playing course is not in good condition for the price. Great views not managed well. No range balls at 8am on a Saturday morning cause they were scattered all over the range and hadn’t been picked up. Poor customer service attitude. Call it a simple golf course definitely not a country club.
