In summary

Lost Valley Resort Ranch receives high praise for its well-maintained golf course, stunning scenery, and friendly staff, with many guests enjoying the unique experiences such as bonfires and wagon rides led by Cowboy Buck. The resort is noted for its clean and spacious accommodations, making it a popular choice for family vacations and group events. We brought our kids here for February school vacation. We absolutely loved it!! The place is immaculate, staff was super friendly, the views are stunning, the kids had a blast mini golfing, golfing and feeding the deer on the complimentary wagon ride they offer. Buck the driver had a fire and sang on his guitar and had s’mores for the kids to make after the wagon ride!! So fun! We will definitely be back again!! My only complaint is the mattress could have been a little more comfortable but overall an amazing place to visit. :)

We own a timeshare now for over 17 years. Kind of nostalgic because the rooms look pretty much the same as they did 17 years ago and even back then it was dated. We bought the timeshare back then for the waterpark which my kids enjoyed. The sad thing is the waterpark has been closed since the pandemic and I hope they do plan on opening it soon because the kids and grandkids don't want to go anymore because they're really isn't much to do now that the waterpark is closed and the drive to San Antonio is a bit of a drive. The pool is open but I live in a subdivision that has a pool and if I wante…

Staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. They went the extra mile to make you feel special. The course was in immaculate shape and greens rolled smooth and true. I highly recommend this course. I especially enjoyed the layout and design of the course challenging but playable!

One of the best trips I've ever had! Cowboy Buck, who works at the hotel, was so incredibly funny and generous. He led a bonfire (with smores!) and even took my travel group on a tractor ride under the stars. Truly a magical experience! Such a fun stay with great scenery!

This resort is most definitely worthy of being in the cowboy capital of the world. The rooms are spacious, the appliances amazing, and excellent scenery. We even got to have s’more’s around the bonfire and we got to ride in Cowboy Buck’s tractor wagon and saw the mesmerizing meteor shower! Overall a great place to stay, really nails the cowboy vibe.

Great resort with lots of amenities. The restaurant had probably the best hamburgers I've eaten in a long while 😃, very friendly service staff who genuinely appreciated our business; however, the Main House front desk staff left a lot to desired. When we checked into the resort we were issued bracelets for our group four which gave us a access to Putt Putt Golf, campfire,S'mores "Hayride" and pool. As we stayed five nights we removed our bracelets the first as we went and some sightseeing in tho local area (nothing says tourist like a iridescent bright pink wristband) The next we attempted to…

The fantastic course about an hour outside San antonio. It's a must play if you're in and around San antonio. Well priced, well-manicured. Sand traps are awesome. Everything in Tip-Top shape

We’ve been bringing our team to stay at Flying L for many years now and have loved it every time. Our students who return from previous years always most look forward to the bonfire and s’mores with Cowboy Buck. He is personable, fun to listen to, and has great jokes. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

We’ve brought our competition teams here for five years and every year, we have a great time. They have clean, spacious rooms for our team to gather and study. Our favorite part is always having s’mores around the campfire with Cowboys Buck. He regales us with stories and celebrates our team after two long days of academic competition. We highly recommend.

Overall a great round of golf! It started with the warm, welcoming staff. The course was in great shape including the tee boxes and greens. We will definitely be returning!

It's a cute, quiet, clean get away. I got rest undisturbed, thanks. Deer do run the property so be on the look out as they are quite numerous. I appreciate the hospitality. Great on the spot find, while reservations were not required this time, it is the type of place with business group stay and activities or family reunions in mind but offered amazing value and hospitality to the overnight traveler. Thanks again.
