In summary

The Country Club of Greenfield is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens and challenging course layout, with many visitors enjoying the scenic setting. The on-site restaurant, Terrazza, receives high marks for its excellent food, friendly service, and pleasant atmosphere. However, some guests have noted issues with the condition of the fairways, occasional slow pace of play, and a preference for more accommodating service for non-members.

We played Greenfield via a reciprocal with Gardner. Price was fantastic. Greens were some of the best we've played. Course was a little burnt but it was expected. Overall a good layout, a little tricky to find some holes but we managed. The downside was that we were told wait till 10:30 am to tee off. Now that's fine if members have preference. But we arrived at 9:10 and there was absolutely no one teeing off . No members or anyone for that matter. We literally stood there for over an hour waiting to tee off. No one there and they still would not let us go. Where's the common sense in that ? 🤔…

Helps to have local knowledge for the first time out, but the course is challenging and the greens are in terrific shape. The 19th hole is agreeable but the service is up and down.

Sat outside very nice atmosphere. Waiter was very personable and attentive without being over bearing. Salad with scallops was very good. I recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy an afternoon away.

Dinner is always delicious at Terrazza's. It was especially nice last night because we finally got to dine out on the deck. I had the special which was the Sea Bass with mango salsa with arugula and my partner had the gorgonzola steak with spinach risotto. I also had the perfect "pear" tini which so refreshing. Our waitress and the staff were very friendly. I would call and make a reservation before going. The tables do not stay empty for long.

We sat on the deck in the afternoon sun watching the last folks putt the 18th hole below us. The service (thank you Kyle) was first rate and the food very good to excellent. When we sat down 2 of us had broken chairs (el cheapo plastic deck chairs) so we had to swap them out with chairs from different tables. Other than that, great Italian food, awesome outdoor experience reasonable prices. We will go again.

I was there in a private room and they had a light lunch with different items which were quite good. They had some mini eclairs and cream puffs which were out of this world good.

Great old fashioned golf course, one the best, but that’s not why I’m giving it a lower rating. The service from the pro Kevin and his assistant could be a lot better when it comes to someone coming in from the public. I buy the western mass golf book and I call to see when would be a good time to come out as a single. Unfortunately every time I call when it’s busy for members I don’t feel welcomed on the call as a single, that I have to bow down to the members and play at odd times when it clearly says on the book anytime Monday-Friday. So if these guys would be better and more caring about t…

Greenfield Country Club is a great place to go golfing. Unfortunately it's become extremely busy and at certain times of the day if you don't hit it just right it's really hard to not feel rushed I really wish they did tee times there. The greens are impeccable and the fairways are nice too although sometimes I feel like I'm not at a private Country Club I almost feel like I expect a little bit more. I I have lived in Greenfield my entire life and I've golfed at the club many many times unfortunately those times are few and far between now since the prices are so much higher but that goes with…
