In summary

The Eagles Golf Club offers a scenic and challenging layout with two courses that many find enjoyable, and the staff is frequently praised for being friendly and accommodating. However, several visitors have expressed concerns about the course conditions, noting issues such as inconsistent greens, poorly maintained fairways, and high fees that do not reflect the current state of the facilities. While some appreciate the wildlife and overall experience, others feel that the course requires significant maintenance improvements to justify its pricing.

Complete dog track for $80, they are insane. The entire course was filled with imperfections on every green, fairway, and tee box. Bunkers: complete crap. I was frustrated throughout the entire round because I felt ripped off. This is a $40 course at most. I see where the potential is but the conditions right now are garbage. They should honestly be ashamed of themselves. Have some pride in what you’re doing or at least be reasonable Wouldn’t recommend at all when there are courses in the area that are 10x better for the same price or cheaper!

I’ve only played this course a handful of times, but every visit has been a great experience thanks to a young man named Kyle Brock. He’s incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. You can tell he really cares about the golfers and the overall experience. The course is lucky to have someone like him on the team. That young man is going places I’ll tell you that much.

I played the lakes and forest course. The lakes is in better condition to be honest. We played the black tee on the forest. some of the tee boxes need to be cut and the greens are well used. A lot of pitch makes and not one consistent role on the course across all 19 greens. Sand depth in the bunkers is a little questionable. The layout of the two courses is very challenging. However, i a little more maintenance would lift the experience. It is not an $80 round maybe $40 in its current condition

We played on the Lakes course and had a good time. The staff was friendly and helpful in getting started from the bag drop to the range to the first tee. The bev cart came by 3-4 times during our round. Course was in good shape overall, but some of the fairways have bare spots and some tee boxes under repair. The greens are quick and somewhat undulating, so be mindful of the break and direction of the grain.

I was invited to join my grandson and son-in-law on a golf day. They play, I’m a spectator. 2 golf carts. Some excitement occurred right when heading to Hole 1: the starter had spotted an alligator. Gator went a different way, and we were off. The first bridge was rickety but not for long: it is going to be repaired this month. The course wanders around some beautiful homes that must have a golf ball or two fall on a roof or lawn. Not from us. Living in the course area, the cart and I enjoyed the golf game going on while I learned the nuances the course takes; an imaginative course that create…

If you havent played this course in the past several weeks, your missing out. Overseeded ,winter turf fairways have a deep green carpet richness to them, greens are consistently plush , and the weather crisp and perfect. Its gone thru a great transirion since the rainy summer and fall transition period. Have been there now twice in past couple of weeks. Really nice track !!

Really enjoyed playing here. 2 courses, played them both. Very relaxed. This place has tons of potential. If the money was available to improve the grass, it would be my favorite in central florida. Staff was fantastic.

WATER? Layouts are very good with a nice variety of varied holes. But the lack of water is killing the turf on fairways and greens. A grass re-do and some detailed rework are required. Go look at what Crescent Oaks and Dunedin G.C. have accomplished in the last 2-3 seasons!

We played the Lakes. The conditions of the front nine were pretty bad. No grass in the fairways and the greens were awful, the back nine was better. It certainly not worth $85 greens fees. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant.

What an awful experience. 89$ for the most garbage course I've played on in the greater Pinellas county area is wild. I was surprised to find 5 holes with sand traps in the middle of the greens, that was a new feature I have never seen on a golf course. Chi chi rodriguez is more worth your time instead of this place and you'll save 30$ on every round and their greens are flawless. If you don't believe me just check out Eagle Club's greens for yourself and see if you would want to putt for birdie on these greens. Nice and long and that's cool but it ain't much longer than Chi Chi and definitely…

This was a fun golf course that was just about 20 mins from my house here in Tampa. The course was beautiful and the weather was amazing the day we played. Now the course was so slow and it took us about 4.5 hours to play a round. There was a group of 4 and a group of 6 followed by a group of 2. We say 3 gators, so be careful near the water and plenty of deer and wild turkey. With it being a public course, there were lots of divots on the green not fixed and no sand in or ice in carts. We actually had to wait about 20 mins for a cart to be cleaned and charged. Great round of golf with my buddy…
