I have lived in this active adult community of Highland Lakes for 9 years now. It is a great place to live with a lot of clubs and activities to keep you busy in addition to all the amenities like golf, swimming pools, tennis, clubhouse, lodge, bocci ball, pickle ball, etc. People are always friendly and take pride in their landscapes. It's also mostly dog friendly and very safe, restricted but not gated.

Visited the area looking for a suitable 55+ community. Lots of homes for sale and the club house and activities area was nice, but dated. We are looking to move after retirement and don't want to lay a lot of money out for upgrades. This area of Palm Harbor is really nice. With two schools in the area of the 55+ community it was very busy with traffic.

It's a great place for Golf and tennis, exceptionally well manicured and well-kept lots. Super nice people. A lot of social activities. Large meeting area with lots of activities. Large Pool and sauna.

The people at the clubhouse are always accommodating and friendly. They are knowledgeable and willing to educate the residents about Highland Lakes rules. The facility is always spotless, the pool is clean and functioning well. It is a well oiled machine.

I live, work and play in Highland Lakes and love every minute of it. Highland Lakes on Lake Tarpon is exceptional community with 3 resident owned, executive golf courses, pontoon boats on Lake Tarpon for cruises, every craft - woodworking, stain glass, ceramics and every club you can imagine. Pickle ball, tennis, boccie, shuffleboard, line dancing, 2 heated pools and the list goes on and on. I love it so much that being a Resident Realtor when anyone buys or sells with me here in HL, I donate $500 to Highland Lake's non-profit!

My husband and I moved here a year ago, I can’t begin to say how much we enjoy living here the pool,the activities, the music, food trucks, awesome!!

I love this whole community!! That pool is absolutely beautiful. The club house is beautiful. But most importantly, my friend is happy here.

Moving in next week. Very excited to get feet planted. Parking could be a problem but we will make it happen. ADVENTURE
