In summary

Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club receives high praise for its beautiful setting, well-maintained courses, and exceptional staff, with many visitors highlighting the Copperhead and Island courses as standout experiences. Guests also appreciate the quality of dining options and the attentive service at the resort's restaurants. However, some guests mention that the accommodations could benefit from modern updates, and there are occasional logistical challenges with food delivery and navigation around the large property.

Overall, the stay was fantastic. I don't get the whole "the rooms need updating" but we only stayed in one so maybe others are outdated. While ours wasn't modern, it had everything we needed and nothing looked old (there were no brown florals like in the 80s or anything). It was more of a muted type of furnishings. That being said, the delivery amenities were our only issues. It's not worth taking off a star (if they had half stars, we probably would take a half off). They strategy of the resort needs to be modernized in our opinion. We don't live far from here and only stayed here as a weeke…

.mThe "Best Kept Secret" for Steak in Tampa Bay We just had another wonderful experience at Packard’s Steakhouse, and it has officially become our go-to spot for the best steak in the Tampa Bay area. This was our second visit, and once again, the food was exceptionally fresh and delicious. My wife loves seafood and the fresh grouper at Packards was tender and most delicious. The service remains top-notch—our server, Ralph, was absolutely awesome and made the evening feel special. If you are looking for a meal that is every bit as good as Bern’s Steakhouse, but without the ungodly wait to get a…

Overall a good family weekend get away because the resort has a couple of free activities when you book. The Loch Ness Pool is the main after noon hangout spot , but no deep waters for the adults. The breakfast was nice 😋 and we stayed here to stay close to Tarpon Springs to save money on the hotel stays on that side of the beach.

We spent the day at Innisbrook to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff at North course were friendly and accommodating. After our time on the greens we had lunch at Marjet Salamander Grill. Eva greeted us with a friendly smile and got us seated right away at a beautiful table overlooking the course. Josie took such great care of us. She greeted us right away, inquired about our day and made suggestions for lunch. Once we had our food, she checked on and made sure everything was delicious. This was our first time dining here and we will definitely be back!

We came for live music and dinner at the Salamander Grill. The atmosphere was amazing, elegant and comfortable with fire pits and a great band! Our server, Josie, was exceptional! Friendly, respectful and did a fantastic job of taking care of us! Even when we had additional people join us, she was on top of everything! It was a wonderful experience and night!

Matt J. at the Copperhead Clubhouse exemplifies what hospitality in golf should be. I wasn’t staying or playing—just a fanboy passing through to admire the course—but Matt treated me like a member from the moment I arrived. His genuine warmth, easy smile, and effortless professionalism turned a casual visit into a memorable experience. He shared stories about the course, pointed me toward Striker, offered drink recommendations, and even helped me pick out merchandise that would make my golf buddies jealous. Every interaction reflected pride in the course and a passion for people. I’ve been f…

Just had guy’s golf trip here and overall it’s a very nice place. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Alison (pro shop) was friendly and funny and at the breakfast buffet Natalie W, Danielle K and Melissa took care of every need. We played all four golf courses and mostly great conditions that we did replays twice. The rooms and buildings need some modern upgrades because they’re a little dated for the price.

This is such a stunning property!!! We enjoyed our stay! The landscaping was gold standard and everything was so clean. The check in building had gorgeous woodwork and they had famous golfer portraits on the walls. We had no idea this was the location for a prestigious golfing tournament for the professionals! The on-site restaurant was amazing and literally had the best burger there I have EVER had in my entire life. My husband and I enjoyed sitting at the bar and were graciously served by the nicest bartender! I absolutely want to come back one day. I’m so happy we stumbled upon this on a wh…

Went to this resort on a golf trip with three other friends to make up a foursome. First, I will speak to the positive aspects of the resort. The staff by and large are all quite personable and quite helpful. The food was great, and the service at the restaurants was great. The resort is rather large and as we did not rent a car because we did not plan to leave the premises, the trams that they have available 24 hours a day are always on time and easily obtained. There were three golf courses of which two were resort quality and one was not. The South course was nothing special. The Copperhead…

The resort is tired and old. The entire place is dated and looks like it hasn’t been refreshed since the 1970’s. The golf courses, and I played all 3, are decent. Nothing spectacular and some tee boxes and fairways are in poor condition. The only good part of the resort is the staff. Besides the front desk that is often confused, the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and polite. Overall, the resort is not worth the price. You can stay and play at a lot of nicer places for a lot less money.

We love Packards Steakhouse - the staff is amazing and make every visit feel like a special occasion, whether it’s lunch after the spa or a birthday dinner. Logan, Tessa, and Ralph are always so welcoming and truly take the experience to the next level. Shout out to Jay holding down the Osprey bar for that after dinner night cap!
