The Golf Club at Windham

$80 for a spectator fee and a rude golf pro at a course that is mediocre at best. The only redeeming qualities about this course are convenience and the driving range.

The course is being renovated and shouldn’t be charging full price. Not only is the place getting chopped up and reconfigured, but they aren’t even maintaining the rough. The place is completely overgrown outside of the fairways and greens. The pro shop took 20 minutes to start checking us in because of some antiquated procedures. The pro agreed that it’s ridiculous. Eventually he just had the guys in front of us go out and told them to pay when they finished.

Driving range is fantastic !Modern,heated ,clean....its obvious that lots of $$ were invested to build this....on site,clean attached bathrooms add a finishing touch....pretty cold today,but you wouldn't know it!Will be my go to place for practice all winter!Reasonablely priced too!

The back 9 at Windham is fantastic since the redesign. Always in great condition. Greens are receptive and smooth. Constantly rotating and creative pin positions. Good mix of holes. Hit good shots, get rewarded. Hit bad ones, get punished. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the front. While the back feels like championship golf, the front is a quirky, awkward Par 35 with too many Par 3's and short Par 4's. I don't believe in practice, but the range and practice greens are excellent. Best twilight golf in the area. I'll keep coming back!

I have been a member of the Windham Club for the past 4 years. The owner has spent a lot of money to improve the condition of the course. The new driving range is state of the art. Tees, fairways, and greens are in great shape, and the new greens keeper is a wizard. Bart, the Pro, is always working to make the Windham golf experience better for members and the general public players alike. I have played Windham for a long time, and it is currently in the best shape I have seen in ages.

I only went to the driving range but its a really sweet setup you dump your balls in and it put a new ball on the tea for you

I’ve been a member here for the last 8 years and the new owners, Tim and Nolan have done a remarkable job on the course. Everyone here is very attentive on making your play here as pleasant as possible. The two new holes have grown in and the new tee boxes have added length creating a better challenge for longer hitters. They went back to four different tee selections so everyone playing can have an equal challenge based on their abilities. This golf course is a rip off. $76 plus taxes for 9 holes for me and my son. You can't bring coolers and it seems like they nickel and dime for a course thats no better than average at best.

Says open 9-6, so we drove almost an hour to use the heated range and there was no one there.

Renovations have clearly paid off, it's great to see this course back in great shape. New practice facilities are top notch too!

We had a lunch for over 65 people for a 60th high school reunion. It was great, both the food and the service, the waitresses looked terrific and were quick and quiet. It was a very good time, with no complaints that I heard. We have been using this facility for many years and will continue to do so.

The course is in surprisingly good shape, despite the reviews of others, and the fact that they are reconfiguring the course. But, but, but……..due to the ongoing reconfiguration, your golf apps will not work on 2/3 of the course, so you will have a hard time assessing distance unless you have a rangefinder. For some reason the course hasn’t bothered to put yardage markers out on the holes that are being reconfigured. Extremely disappointed by this when we played there last weekend. I fully agree with others that they should not be charging full price under current conditions. And honestly, ho…
