In summary

The Pinnacle Golf Club is highly praised for its beautiful and well-maintained course, featuring challenging greens and a picturesque setting with lake views and abundant wildlife. The staff is frequently commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the course layout is generally appreciated, some visitors note issues with signage and the policy of sharing carts with strangers. Additionally, the club's amenities, including the restaurant and pro shop, receive positive feedback, although occasional service inconsistencies are mentioned.

The overall the course is nice. But Very poor Markings for driving hole to hole. Not a fan of the layout. I definitely wouldn't walk this course. Has No drop zones on any of the holes you are shooting over water. But the Greens were nice

I got the chance to play this course for the first time yesterday, and wow—what a beautiful place. The greens were in fantastic shape, and I enjoyed every single minute out there. The staff in the pro shop were some of the most welcoming and polite people I’ve ever come across. I had a bit of a “goober moment” and forgot sunscreen, so I asked the two guys in the pro shop if they sold any. Instead, they handed me a complimentary packet. Honestly, I was blown away—nothing is free these days, and that small gesture really stood out. I do have a couple of small gripes: as a single, they force yo…

Pinnacle Golf Course at Cedar Creek has become one of my absolute favorite places to play. The course has a great generational balance — you’ll see everyone from seasoned players to younger golfers out there, and it just feels like the kind of place that’s been part of the community for a long time. The staff? Truly the best you’ll find anywhere. Friendly, helpful, and they treat you like you’ve been part of the family for years. Overall, it’s a fantastic golfing experience every time. Great layout, great people, and a place I’m proud to be associated with.

Beautiful course. Not a long course but still challenging. Greens were in great condition. The staff, including marshalls were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to playing there again.

My out of town guests enjoyed their dinner on a Sunday evening. It can be challenging to find nicer restaurants open on Cedar Creek Lake Sunday evenings, so I was thrilled Pinnacle could assist. Great wine selection, great service and view. Thank you.

A beautiful course and amazing clubhouse. Beautifully manicured greens and the coldest water coolers placed throughout the course! A wonderful challenging Gold course with strategically placed ponds! Tons of wildlife!!

Finally got a chance to go back out to Pinnacle for the first time since they finished the new greens. They were unbelievable especially for the time of year we are in. The new greens roll and play like nothing in the state of Texas that’s for sure. Tim and the entire crew have done an amazing job with this place the last few years and the new greens just push it over the top. 10/10 would recommend checking it out if you have never been.

I cannot speak highly enough about Pinnacle’s on-staff golf pro - Coach Sean. He is truly a different breed. He worked so well with my 12-yr old son, improved his swing immensely, and gave him some awesome opportunities to learn beyond just a driving range - but actually on a course. This guy knows his stuff and will try many different techniques to find something that works. The course is very pretty and the rest of the staff is extremely pleasant as well.

Although we don’t live at the Club we are members because their food is close to where we live, they have a nice pool, and the Pilates yoga rocks! Their workout room needs work, but supposedly they are ordering a total body workout machine. Heard that 6 months ago though…

Very challenging course. The new greens are tiered and demand the ball be on or below the tier the pin is placed. OB is close to paths and fairways. Dont let the yardage fool you. You need to hit excellent shots on every hole. Great test of golf.

Great course. Beautiful neighborhood. Staff were all friendly. A few greens not in mint condition. Played in mid-70s weather and the greens mentioned were really quite hard and/or being top-dressed. Looks like they are still working on getting them just right. No worries. As a casual golfer this was a perfect respite while traveling around Texas, and I would absolutely play this course again regardless. Oh yeah and golf carts were lux too if that’s your thing!
