Twin Lakes Golf Club

One of our favorite courses. You'll be hard pressed to find anything better in the quality of golf vs price anywhere in East Texas. It's consistently in great shape, I've only had a couple of occasions where the greens were a little too slow. The layout is challenging but very fun, lots of holes where you have to really think. An absolute must play and worth the drive.

What a great golf experience! The course is such an exacting test of ability that I almost missed the beauty of place. The pleasure is enhanced by the friendly and helpful staff and the icing on the cake is the green fee. I live an hour and 40 minutes from the course but make the trip regularly because of the pleasure of the total golf experience.

We have used this course for our Saturday rounds on our annual golf trip, over the past three years. Everyone in the group loves playing here. The new guys are begging to play it again in the afternoon. They enjoy it that much. The course is always in great shape each Fall and the staff is very accommodating.

Golf trip with my Dad from DFW. Course was in excellent condition! Fairways, tees and greens all very well maintained! Beautiful trees and landscape, very picturesque. Would highly recommend a trip to play, worth the drive!

I have played there several times the past couple of years. It is kind of a long drive from Plano, but it is worth the trip. Very fair course, but it is challenging. Beautiful course, great staff, and I am ready to go back.

Very nice place to play a round of golf, Staff was friendly, and helpful. Carts had GPS, and also tracked carts ahead of us. Course and greens are in excellent condition. It was quite an enjoyable experience,

Overpriced! $60. His tree farm gets all the watering. The owner could care less to have a well maintained course. Flags are falling apart, no grass to hit off, no beer specials, no cart girl. He has his HUGE house overlooking the golf course with illegals running around everywhere maintaing his tree farm. Go play a real course, not some guys backyard playground.

Great course tucked back in the woods and pastures of east Texas. Lots of elevation changes, interesting views of the tree nursery next door, and well kept grounds. I was surprised how crowded it was so make sure to call ahead.

Terrific course and terrific price. Always in great shape. A little more open now that they cut down several trees. Play there all the time and will play more. Rather drive there than play at some closer.

Unless something drastic happens this great layout of a course is headed toward closure. what a shame. I really enjoyed playing here. Too bad I didnt hear about it until word about the closure surfaced. I drove close to 70 miles to play here n it was worth it.

This is an amazing diamond in the woods ! Played all over dfw. I am a member at buffalo creek. The course is in great shape, greens are very well maintained. No cart service though

Wow, best course in east Texas and great weekday prices (friday too) beatiful all around challenging greens and fairways are great too Love it, my preferred place to play
