The Rock Golf Club

Course in great shape. It's a tough track, takes some thinking for shot placement and you must be accurate going into the greens, or you will be punished. We loved it.

Absolutely phenomenal Mother’s Day brunch! Emma, our server, and all the staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was next-level—new head chef Joe is clearly bringing his A-game. The prime rib was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy, and full of flavour. The homemade chicken and waffles were a true highlight—crispy, comforting, and bursting with goodness. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. A truly memorable experience—we can’t wait to come back!

We try to eat at the rock a few times a month. It's amazing, the food is outstanding. The staff goes above and beyond. It's a hidden gem! This was my lunch today. Great value as well.

Course is in excellent shape despite the dry weather, huge shoutout to the grounds crew! Staff was super friendly and everything was very well organized from start to finish. No complaints at all. Great value too: $200 for 2 juniors and 1 adult with a cart. We’ll definitely be back!

Great day of golf, followed by a nice dinner in the club house. Victoria, our server, was absolutely amazing and made sure we got exactly what we wanted, even though it was a little off menu. She didn't have to do that for us, considering our meals were already paid for as part of a package, but she put in the effort anyway, and so did the kitchen staff. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks to the awesome staff at The Rock and the great meal in the clubhouse. Cheers guys, it was a wonderful first experience, I'll definitely be going back.

Course was in mint condition - excellent use of the unique geography. A bit of a ridiculous layout - good shots are not always rewarded, especially around the greens. The staff at the clubhouse seemed completely confused trying to send us out - and the $5 to use the range before your round is pretty chintzy given the green fee rate.

Always enjoy my rounds lots of memories here and good times wether im with friends or by myself wether my game is on off.A challenging course yet rewarding on those good shots.and the food is good to.Golfed this course when it first opened with my dad....miss him now.

This golf course is absolutely gorgeous and kept in pristine condition. Insanely difficult track though. Good thing I played like a tour stick, but it was difficult to watch my friends get beat up like that.

Excellent course, service and clubhouse. A true gem in the Muskoka's, The Rock is challenging yet fun for golfers of all skill levels. At 6,150 yards playing from the gold's will present a challenge. For more of a test the blacks play longer. Accuracy is key as the course is carved out of the Canadian Shield and a miss hit to the rocks can send you ball flying in a direction you weren't intending. The tee blocks, fairways and greens are in excellent condition. The clubhouse is very nice with friendly and fast staff waiting to help. Great golf course aslong as you are ok with a challenge. Leaving your ego at that door and playing the proper tees based on your skill level is paramount to enjoying your day.

Very nice golf course. Extremely challenging but course is in great condition. Greens are very fast, almost to the point of being unfair. However, for the price of $85 getting a round, cart and dinner is worth it.
