Great beginner ski resort, as well as a.very nice and helpful ecosystem. It has fun terrain park that has everything a skier would need to have fun. There’s a great variety of different hills, personally I find the blue hill Alpine is the best. Personally I would definitely come again, especially with friends.

Our kids took snowboarding lessons here this year and we had a disappointing experience. A lot of the instructors were not properly trained to teach young children and in our 3 weeks of lessons we had a different instructor every week. Our kids' instructors were more concerned about finishing the lesson ahead of time (even if it meant my kids only got in two runs each) than about helping them progress in the sport. Loved the trip here. Was a fun place to spend a few hours. It was rather quiet, hills are short but still fun. Throughly enjoyed the little jumps and boxes. Perfect place to learn carving, new tricks and it is very easy to get off the chairlift which is a plus.

Uplands is an amazing skiing and snowboarding school for any age group. They have incredible staff and a great atmosphere. They can take any student and get them from not knowing how to ski to being an advanced level student within days!

I loved skiing at uplands! It was so much fun and very beginner friendly. My instructor Ethan King was so kind and helped me learn anything I was confused about. He is really great at instructing and making sure we are skiing correctly and safely. Loved it and I highly recommend to any person who doesn't have skiing experience or isn't great at skiing. Uplands is a perfect place to start and continue. Will definitely go again and ask for Ethan King 😁😁😁

Great service all around ! As an adult learning how to ski it can be intimidating but every interaction I've had with their staff was exceptional and pleasant. I signed up for their 3 week program and from registration to the first lesson day and to every employee on the hills - everyone was so friendly and helpful. The instructors and staff overall are very patient and kind. This is the perfect place for beginner to intermediate skiers or snowboarders that want to just get comfortable on the hills and learn. Would definitely recommend coming here!!

Great location in the city for beginners to learn how to ski. I enrolled my daughter a few months back to the Sunday 3 week program. My 5 year old has never skied before, but we have taken her to skating lessons and she’s good skating and staying on her feet and skating. I found that having her skate before made the transition to skiing pretty good. First lesson she was getting comfortable having skis on and navigating the small sectioned off area go up and down a number of times.
