Recently joined as a member and couldn’t be more pleased with the service and hospitality from the team. Course conditions and, especially the greens, are fantastic and management is making a ton of improvements throughout the course and facilities.

The course was in good shape and the staff was helpful. I believe they are going private in the fall. I’m excited to see the renovations along with a pool. Over all we had a positive experience and we will return!

Valleybrook Golf and Country Club: A Chattanooga Hidden Gem I recently had the pleasure of playing Valleybrook Golf and Country Club in Hixson just outside Chattanooga, and I came away thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The course itself was in fantastic condition. The fairways were well-maintained, and the greens were absolutely pristine – incredibly smooth and lightning fast. It definitely put my putting skills to the test! I was fortunate enough to play with some members who were kind enough to provide valuable insights and guidance throughout t…

An old legend being revitalized and renewed! Love being a member here and seeing the progress they're making. Great things take time and I know the wait will be well worth it! In the meantime, the course is playing great and looking great too.

I'm not a member yet, however I LOVE this course. It's not overly hard, nor is it very easy. Pricing is fair and the workers are friendly. My favorite thing is that they don't force you to be with other people during your tee time if it's only like you or you and a friend. They're the only course besides Concord in Chattanooga that I'm aware of that does this. I appreciate this A LOT lol.

Very nice course. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Would have given it 5 stars but thought the price was a little high. But it was a great time

If you're looking for a truly exceptional golfing experience, Valley Brook Golf Course is a must-play. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that this course is a labor of love, with outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to providing golfers with a premium experience. First and foremost, the greens at Valley Brook are absolutely outstanding. They are some of the best-kept greens I’ve played on in recent memory. The smooth, fast surfaces provide the perfect roll, and the course’s greenkeeping team clearly takes pride in maintaining the greens to perfection. Every putt feels like it…

Course is in decent condition and is tight with lots of houses right off the course. I enjoyed the layout; lots of doglegs and placement shots. I'd give 4 stars and would play there regularly if the green fees were lower, but at $55 w/ cart there are half a dozen better courses in/near town at a lower or similar cost.

Beware. Greens fees are going up by 66% as of 9/1/23. It has been a tolerable course (for the money) but at $45+ I don’t think so. No food on Mon-Tue…too cheap to hire someone to cook a hot dog. I even called ahead to see if they would have the snack bar open and was told “yeah…she’ll be there”, she was there, but she doesn’t cook. So, no food. It’s a shame. Used to be an ok course as the greens always ran fast and true, but no longer. I was hoping the new ownership would mean a better experience but alas to the contrary. No one seems to care. I’m not playing there again anytime soon….

Very nice and well maintained coarse. The clubhouse was nice. There is a putting green and a driving range. Have been here once, played the front 9. Would go again. You do have to be cautious of the houses all along the sides of each of the holes. A fun, but slightly challenging coarse.

Watch where you park. Smart azz kid slings rocks and grass on your car with weed eater. Then laughs about it. Didn't get fired for that........
