Greens in very poor condition but price remains high, will not play it again unless I hear the are in good shape again. Should make player’s aware and give discounts or they will loose players coming back. These golf courses need to be honest and seniors cannot afford to play bad courses with their limited financial resources.

Decent course but the greens are in bad shape. Could be a fungus and there are bare spots and they are consistently bumpy. The course plays well otherwise and has some interesting features but there are so many other comparatively priced courses that are in much better condition and more interesting.

My wife and I were celebrating 32 years together and I’m going to be 64 in just a few days lol a very good friend recommended the golf course , she is 102 and she used to play and live there by this golf course I only play 2 or 3 times a year ,starting with a 1 par on the first 9 (47) on the back 9 I had 3 pars and one birdie on the 18 th (39) and my wife got it on video 👍 overall I had no complaints I would definitely recommend it

BIG thank you to my Viewpoint RV & GC friends from our TOFS & Mens League who were so gracious embracing me in my golfing physio comeback from 2 sarcoma cancer surgeries in 2023 & 2024. Playing in 2025 was a lot of fun with great camaraderie from the guys who respected my progress from a "sandbagger" to being a true high "handicapper" - an amputation at the knee! A special shoutout to Frank Samprone - Director of Golf Operations who allowed me to drive a golf cart up near the t-box and to the fringe of the green so I didn't delay everyone with my slow walking and was able to accomplish a goal…

So im a resident in the park and I bought a "punchcard" for golfing when I got here..20 punches at nonprime rate and was told that when they up the price to prime rate I could exchange said punch card for a prime rate card and i could pay the difference(I don't know why I can't just pay the $9 up charge) and was told that I could not because they could only do ten a punch card( I had 16 punchs left and it would take 12 of the remaining ) or buy a full 20 punch card so now im out $300 or I buy a full 20 punch card...a full blown bait and switch....and the manager is very rude. I tried to talk t…

After 15 years of living at Viewpoint, my wife and I felt it was important to share our perspective. Over the years, we have seen different approaches to leadership, communication, and community engagement. What we have experienced recently stands apart. For the first time in our 15 years here, it feels like there is real visibility from leadership, real communication, and a true open door. The level of transparency, the consistent updates, and the willingness to engage directly with residents has made a noticeable difference. It is clear that communication is not being treated as an afterth…

I'm not one to complain about the greens, but wow these were bad. Bumpy, patches with no grass at all, they should be charging half of what they are charging right now. Not a bad layout, but I will never return as the conditions were so poor.

Older guy in the pro shop had a horrible attitude and was rude to me and every other group i heard him speak to. Cart guys didn't offer any help getting the cart, loading the cart, getting any ice, nor did they even ask if we wanted our clubs clean. Guess thats what you get with trailer park golf. Should probably be $40 a round max

I came here enjoy a round of golf, but my experience was ruined by the way we were treated. When we went to pay, the lady at the counter was extremely rude and unwelcoming. She was upset that we were out there 3 hours before they were closing, she had me walk the course, because of the actions of other young kids We came to have a good time, but left disappointed. Customer service should make people want to come back — unfortunately, this experience did the opposite.

We haven’t played there recently because of the greens were in such bad shape after they closed for over seeding in October, yesterday we played there again it turned out to be a nice day most of the greens are recovering and the 4 of us played in less than 4 hours.

I was very pleased with the conditions given the very hot temperatures for this time of the year. I bought a Friday afternoon tee time for $16.25/18 holes and it was probably the best bang-for-my-buck golf purchase ever. Very forgivable course with wide open fairways and shot my best round ever. I’ve also played their executive 9-hole course and that’s fun as well.
