We didn’t expect much snow since the weather has been getting warmer, but the team did a great job maintaining the icy slopes—good enough for an enjoyable tubing experience. Going in a group makes it much more fun. At first, tubing felt a bit repetitive—just sliding down the slope with some long wait times. However, it became truly exciting when we started going down together, linking our tubes like a train. Even gathering at the top to form a chain added to the fun. Sliding down as a group, hearing everyone shout with joy, made the ride feel longer and far more thrilling than going alone. I…

Really cool place....it's 2 sides...normal slides one side....isn't stairs to go up....it's like electric band. (Thanks God) The other side...it's where u take ur snow board or sky's. They are like 5 minutes far walking. Parking really close to both sides. On the left side u have the check in for the slides...n the right side it's for snowboards n sky's Inside the building they sell drinks ..coffees...and some snacks. They have tables n chair. I think it's a really cool place. Bad things???? Hummm more signs for parking lot or showing the place. ( If you see the water tower...you there) More s…

We went tubing at Villa Olivia and had a wonderful time! Everything was very well organized, and the experience was fun for the whole family. The tubing hills are great, and the atmosphere is always friendly and enjoyable. This year we had an unexpected situation – we got sick and couldn’t come on our original date. We contacted customer support, and they responded quickly and helped us reschedule to dates that worked for us. We are very grateful for their understanding and flexibility. We visit Villa Olivia several times every year, and it never disappoints. It’s a fantastic place for winter f…

Had a wonderful baby shower here on Sunday 6/22/25. Would highly recommend this venue and working with Lisa! The staff the day of the event was great and the food was really good for the brunch buffet! Guests enjoyed the mimosa bar and the room was beautiful and patio too!

Went there snowboarding for the first time, before was riding in across the country and never had issues. Was a boring Sunday and i decide visit a snow park near me ( living 3 mins away) Hit some jumps went to the bar and after two drinks went outside and figured that my handmade board gor stole with a step in bindings!! People do not go there cause after i went to management they said its not their responsibility and if its my stuff i should watch it. They refused show me cameras. They basically said to get out lol Worse place ever !!! If you gonna see my board somewhere Hit me up pls

Yesterday I went to see the venue with my fiancee and had a terrible experience. First of all, when we came in there was no one to receive us, we had to ask the bartender which she wasn’t very helpful at all either. When we went in the office the lady didn’t even great us or introduced herself at all. She just said “Hi” and stay quit. I had to let her know that we were there for appointment to see the venue for a wedding, she replied “ oh yes, one min”. So we had to wait until she was dine doing what ever she was doing. She proceeded to call us back in the office and just ask us straight up wh…

Great time! We were worried that with the warmer temp it would be a problem, but the team had the slopes in great shape for a fun tubing event for a post-Christmas event.

Disappointing First Visit: Poor Customer Service Overshadows Ski Experience My family of four visited this ski resort yesterday for the first time, excited to introduce our children to skiing. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a consistent lack of customer service at every step of the process, making it unlikely that we will return in the future. Upon entering the facility, we received nothing but blank stares from the front desk staff. We waited, unsure of where to go or what the process was, until someone finally waved us toward the register. This lack of greeting or guidan…

We were at the Mothers Day brunch today. Everything was really good EXCEPT the smoked salmon frittata. It was pretty much inedible —- smoked salmon should not have a sickening fishy taste. Do not make again. Also it would be great if the shrimp was already peeled

My daughter’s bridal shower was absolutely amazing in the sapphire room! The gorgeous view from the windows added to our beautiful day! We can’t say enough about the wonderful wait staff and delicious meal. The appetizer trays were designed with such care and the best fresh fruits and vegetables around! The event coordinator, Lisa, was a delight to work with! Service and every detail was above and beyond anything we expected!!! Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. We will definitely spread the word about your amazing venue and Extraordinary customer service!👍🏽😊
