Vista Valencia Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens and fairways, scenic setting, and the challenging layout of its executive and par 3 courses. The staff receives mixed reviews, with some visitors praising their friendliness and others citing issues with customer service. Been golfing for over 2years with my children and my husband. We been jumping courses to try them out to get a full membership and sadly this course wasn't it. Waited till I paid almost $100 for them to tell me that my 3year old couldn't be in the course. And kids under 9 couldn't play. They dismissed me quickly and not once did they acknowledged that my daughter loves the sport as she was walking away with her head down. I rather stay loyal to el cariso.

Home course and love playing here, but the hold up on hole 1 and 2 lately is a real problem. Came to a head yesterday, as I am about to hit my putt for par on hole 2, the marshall rolls up and yells "HEY" to our group to step off the green and let them hit (group behind). It messed me up pretty good as I was mid backstroke. The other group proceeded to tee off and hit the tee box on hole 3...... REALLY helped speed it up there..... Get people who actually care about golf. Stop inconveniencing paying customers because you can't manage the first few holes properly.

Just went there for a prctice session. The driving range does the job. Nothing fancy, on mats. No yardage markers or guides. The putting green is pretty minimalistic but the green is in great shape and putts roll very nicely.

New management has completely ruined the Vista experience. This once-great local executive course used to be cherished until the greedy hands of management believe they own Augusta National. Prices are way too high for a mediocre course. All staff are rude and detached (sorry it’s your job). They have built a misery pit out of a golf course. Don’t waste your time and check out the other beautiful muni courses LA has to offer. What a disgrace on management!

Worst Course I have ever been to. Staff was rude, inconsiderate, and the sole reason I will never come back to this golf course. Had an issue in regards to the staff not telling us information, and received 0 help and were rude and raised their tone at our group. Asked if there was a manager we could call and after about 3 sighs, we were told to call the pro shop. We left the building and I told my playing partner “I’ll never play here again, in which the employee said “good” from inside the club shop. I acknowledged that he said this and he walked away. Issues that management should offer ref…

Great place to play golf. You can also take lessons. The fairways are in good shape. Greens are in fantastic shape. Some sand traps have been replaced with new sand. I don't think it is natural sand. Clubhouse is finished and kitchen is still under construction. Exciting changes are now developing. Great staffing and management team. P.s.Try the par 3, 9 holes course "Chica", which is right next to Vista Valencia GC.

Too expensive and owners/staff act like it’s a country club for having 10-11 par 3’s. Marshall’s lack at keeping up rate of play. Got to hole on the back 9 where a group was teeing off with the group behind them waiting and we were just driving up (3rd group backed up on a tee box). Emailed GM about it and 2 weeks later had to follow up on the email to even get a response. Almost everyone I meet there only goes because it’s the only local public course. If you have time to drive anywhere else DO IT.

Still struggling with their GeoFence system stalling the carts even in the permitted areas!! Otherwise a cute little golf course, no par 5s! That is if you're looking for a quick 3 hour round on a weekday!!

I’ve passed by this course off the 5 100,000 times and this was the first opportunity to play. Well worth it. First of all, every business, every restaurant, every fast food place has. Rapt service. Everyone is busy and there’s a wait for everything. From the starter to the pro shop to the cart guy, everyone was very friendly and I have to recognize. One challenging executive 18 and a par 3. I played the executive and it was phenomenal. Long 4’s and challenging 3’s including water. Well worth it.

I am an occasional golfer, like twice per year. Vista is the perfect low pressure course and the fees are low. Few golfers here play intensely. It's a par 64 course with a few par 4 holes, 3 of them about 400 yards long. The rest of the holes are fairly short. This course gets a lot of traffic. So the fairways are pretty worn and the greens have a lot of patches, but play well. The sand traps are hard packed, more like cement traps. That being said, the course is fun. There are lots of holes with dramatic elevation changes and a beautiful par 3 with the green on an island. Most important, the…

Angela the bartender is AAAHHH MAZING!! She made this cute little Baby Yoda drink. Taste Delicious (?drink responsibly) And may force be with you lol. Great service from her and the customer service gentleman the T & T. Good course it took us about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. It was fun. There’s restrooms in route. The balls are a little pricey, but it is Valencia so what the heck. They also sell beer put it in a bag with a bunch of ice for you to take with you during your game. Really cool and chill place. Totally recommend it just don’t be in a rush lol
