Plenty of parking at Diablo Lake Vista Point! The view is absolutely breathtaking. It was my first time stopping by, and it’s been on my must-visit list for a while. Bathrooms are available, which is a plus. We didn’t get a chance to do the trail this time, but we’ll definitely be back for it next time!

A must-stop anytime you're driving through the North Cascades. The views and accessibility are incomparable. There are few places that you can have such incredible views of the lake and the mountains around while only being a few steps away from your car.

It's breathtaking 🤩 I appreciate all of the picnic tables because you really could stay here for a long time and enjoy the view. They also have a few maps there showing the surroundings and proximity to the Canadian border. There are bathrooms but no sinks, just hand sanitizer outside of the units. Don't let that deter you from visiting though, it's gorgeous here.

If you have an opportunity to come here, it is definitely worth the trip. It’s pretty easy to find has big open parking space it is dog friendly and they do have bathrooms on site. On the weekend it gets very very busy. I would definitely recommend to come during the week if you have the time. There’s tons of people taking pictures , big families so just be prepared to spend a little bit of time there for you to take your own pictures. The views were majestic but it does get pretty windy up there. 😍🌬️ I would highly recommend to continue driving for another 5 miles. We actually drove down t…

This is such a beautiful spot. The pictures don't do it justice. The drive up is a nice drive. There are spots to pull over and take pics so don't rush to get up there. This is my 2nd time here. The first time was in late spring in 2020 before the fire hit in 2023. You can see the scars but it is still very pretty. It was 85° this day so the wind was warm. To get the best pics of the waterfalls driving up i would very much suggest going just as it starts getting into the 70s.

Easy stop for a scenic view off of the main road. Large parking lot with plenty of spots. The high vantage point emphasizes the turquoise waters.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen in my life. 😍😍😍You absolutely have to visit it. My favorite part was seeing the lake in the evening, when a light fog rolled in — it looked absolutely magical. The water is crystal clear. You can drive up to the Vista Point, where there are also restrooms and benches to sit and relax. Then you can hike down to the lake shore — that’s exactly what we did.

Visiting Diablo Lake was one of the best adventures I’ve ever had. The place feels incredibly calm, peaceful, and beautifully clean. A destination that truly stands out.

Probably one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. With ample parking, facilities and picnic areas this is a great place to stop and take in the sites. Glaciers, trees, mountains all set as the backdrop to this gorgeous turquoise water lake. All the Insta and TikTok posts don’t do this place justice. You must see it in real life. A must stop while at the National Park.

This overlook of Diablo Lake is absolutely worth a stop. It’s right off the main road with plenty of parking spread across multiple viewpoints. The view is stunning, and you’ll see why it has so many great reviews. It was fairly busy when we visited, and I imagine weekends get even more crowded, but it’s the kind of place you at least want to hop out of the car and snap a picture. The scenery is breathtaking and a quick, easy highlight of the area.

Absolutely breathtaking viewpoint overlooking Diablo Lake in North Cascades National Park. We’ve stopped here several times during summer, and each visit feels like a brand-new experience. The combination of vibrant lake color, shifting clouds, and sun angle creates a dramatically different view every time - Mother Nature puts on a show here! The parking lot is generously sized, and it’s rare not to find a spot. Just note that it’s a one-way loop - follow the signs carefully to avoid entering the wrong way and risking a head-on with exiting vehicles. There are basic vault toilets located ju…
