Whiskey Run Golf Club

My wife and I played in a tournament here this past Saturday. The course was fun and in good shape. Some nice challenging holes. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing for the dinner, great seating and nice atmosphere after to lounge and have a cold drink. Thanks for making our day a great one. We will be back and I will spread the word how nice your golf course is. Thanks again. Mike

Great course, great staff and a course for any and all skill levels. On site covered driving range, Food & Drink carts always a great time.

Great first time here playing the owl. Every member of staff was super friendly and welcoming. Members were great to play with too as I was on my own but quickly invited to join others. Greens were fast given how hot this summer has been. I enjoyed the layout of the owl and the quick play. I will definitely return next time I’m in the area, highly recommend!

Great course and the prices are fair. We drove up from the US to play all 27 holes, it’s was a blast. They made sure we had all the info on the course and even gave us a book that had a description of each hole. Cheers.

September 17th,2025. Just golfed this course because of its great rating of 4.6. It’s definitely not, only because I just came from golfing 18 at Rockway Vineyards 4.4 in St Catherines where the fairways were plush and the greens even nicer. Whiskey Run is a very confusing course ( I believe it’s 2 nine hole courses with different names ( Fox/Serpent ). You have to cross the road for the back 9. We tee’d off early morning on time but as a twosome instead of a foursome, as no one else showed…they caught up behind us after the 1st hole, but declined to join, so we continued golfing as 2-twosomes…

Always have a great time out on Whisky Run! The course is in good shape this year. The clubhouse is well maintained and the food is excelllent. The servers are attentive and pro shop is clean and quick getting you out on the course. Great golf for any level at a great price!

Always a fair test of you golf abilities. Fun and friendly staff helpful. Good bang for the buck with lots of ways and incentives to save you money on green fees and equipment at the pro shop. Stay and eat at the Bootlegger great menu full portions and lots of beverages to enjoy. Come to play, stay the nite at the on site BnB. Play the Owl if your just starting out with golf, great for the kiddies, no pressure pace to play. ten holes for the price of nine, not a bad deal. You cant find a better deal in Niagara. P.S. They dont call it the Fox for nothing !

Luke and the crew at Whiskey are awesome. Jeff the pro there is knowledgeable and just a great guy all around. The course is challenging and fun, there's always someone coming to see if you need a drink or some snacks and staying after for some dinner and drinks always the perfect way to end the day. I would definitely recommend others to head down and check it out.

I would like to thank the Dobbs and Nieuwland families for yet another spectacular Golf For Greyson charity event. Had a great time. Already looking forward to next years event. The course was in excellent shape, the food was amazing and the staff as always are top notch. I have always enjoyed my time at Whisky Run. I cant say enough about the Nieuwland family. Great people and past neighbors.

We recently had a golf tournament here and it was a great experience! The prep and the day of execution was very professional on their end. They were very helpful and organized day of and took on a lot of the responsibilities of hosting a tournament. I highly recommend considering Whisky Run for your next event! The course was in great condition. There is a lot of room and a beautiful out door patio for guest to feel comfortable. The staff was amazing and made us feel very welcome. The food was catered by Backroad BBQ Company which was delicious! It was an awesome experience!

Updated post !!!! I’ve been golfing at Whiskey Run for years now, the staff are very friendly. Where other courses if you’re late for your teatime or you mess up the day, they will always try and get you out, I should say not try to get you out they’ll get you out on the course ASAP. I golf here during the week and every weekend it is one of my favourite courses in the entire Nagara region. Also there less expensive than the other courses out there.. I urge anyone that golf to come out and give the course a try, You won’t be disappointed. Lots of challenging greens out there. Come see how you…
