In summary

White Pines Golf Course is appreciated for its well-maintained greens, affordability, and suitability as a practice course, particularly for those looking for a casual golfing experience. The course layout, featuring a mix of par 3s, 4s, and a par 5, is favored by both beginners and seasoned players. However, some visitors have encountered issues with customer service, citing unfriendliness and a lack of amenities, and the course operates on a cash-only basis, which has been a point of inconvenience for some.

This is my go to course when I want to practice. Cash only, 9 holes is only $3 more than the closest driving range. PROS: An iron players delight. Don't need a driver if you mph is 110+ CONS: Greens are a bit slow, over watered. Fairways can get a bit dry in summer.

Not very fancy but might be my new favorite place to play. Nice little 9 hole course. The greens and fairways were pretty nice and well groomed for it being the middle of summer. You could easily drive by this place and never know it was there but it’s great. I’m not an expert and have played for only 2 years and working to improve my game so not looking for any PGA type course. I just wanna get out as much as I can. Which is why this place will be my new go-to. $29 on Friday for 18 holes and a cart. I’ll take it!! Great place to practice. The greens were a little challenging for putting but…

First the good of this course. The greens were great. The other thing was the owner hired a fellow veteran who was great. Everything else not so much. The "clubhouse" door was locked when I got there. There were old and used club left all over the place and other things all over the room. It was like a mini junk yard in there. The owner told to get out of the building without any reason in an obnoxious annoyed tone without a reason. I asked a couple of people on the course and they told me the owner takes time to warm up to you. That is completely unacceptable if you're in the service industry…

If it was possible to give zero stars I would! This course is horribly maintained and managed. The owner/manager not only denied our tee times he never mentioned it was a cash only course. I mean come on it’s 2020. On top of all that he was very rude and condescending to me and my whole group. We are a group of US combat veterans who golf every Friday as a way to help each other with ptsd. Golf is supposed to be peaceful and relaxing that’s why we love the sport. It is a sport of gentlemen that conduct themselves with class and he has none of those qualities. We ended going to cedar hill and h…

Cheap, challenging & easy to walk. It only gets bad in the areas where you shouldn't have hit your ball. The greens are all in great shape.

A 9 hole cousre that has a par 5. Easy to walk if that's your thing. Inexpensive and playing 18 is allowed. I call this a practice course.

Who ever answered the phone is rude as can be. Does not give tee times to the public on weekends. Awful.
