Visitors appreciate the friendly staff, good food, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice in the Charlotte region. My wife and I have a social media page that we run called Tucker’s Tasty Travels. We go all around the local area trying different restaurants and other various places. White Plains not only has a beautiful golf course but the restaurant is even more impressive. The staff is amazing and fast, the food is absolutely fantastic and the venue is gorgeous. We’ve been a few times and every trip seems to get even better. We can’t brag on this place enough. Well done White Plains.

Absolutely the best golf value in the Charlotte region! The new club house is gorgeous. The staff is friendly. The food is good and the course... It's an easy walk. The fairways are in great shape. They continue to sod in areas that need improvement. Just wish folks would use common sense on not ride/hit out of these areas while grass is dormant. The drainage work they did last year shows. The greens are perfect. I'm coming back real soon.

White Plains course Marshall’s should have some respect and some etiquette and not be rude to golfers who have been golfing for years because we were playing “slow”. And then proceed to tell us to go to the driving range instead of being on the golf course. I wasn’t even treated like this when I first started golfing….. Mind you the fact I spoke to him right before and called him by his name and he STILL proceeded to be rude and tell us we were a whole hole behind. Which was not true at all. Matter of fact we finished 11 holes in 2 hours and waited most of the back 9 on the group in front of u…

Fantastic Sunday buffet! The restaurant was accessible and suitable for all ages. The staff was top notch and very attentive. The restaurant and venue are beautiful and upscale. There was a variety of food and all of it was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. Thank you for bringing such a nice restaurant and beautiful golf course to Pageland!

I never golfed much as a kid. My Grandpa Ron would take me with him occasionally, but I never had any love for the game back then. Only after he had his stroke on the course and was left unable to play, was it that I picked up the game as a way to honor him and to have a stronger connection to him in what would be his final few years on earth. I really hate that we never got to have a match together, or that I didn't harness his love for the game 30 yrs sooner than I did. Over the last couple of years, I have had the opportunity to play with his nephew (my 2nd cousin) and it gives me the feel…

I’ve been coming here just about every week for the last 6 months i live right outside of Charlotte so there are a lot of courses in the area but they don’t compare to white plains. I’d rather drive the extra 15 min and come here. Greens and fairways are very good and the prices are great. The people are nice and the atmosphere is 10/10. They already raised prices once but it’s still cheaper than a lot of the courses around charlotte. They just built a new building there and invested around 8 million into the building and course. There are screens in the golf carts that tell you how far you ar…

The course has undergone a ton of upgrades and has a new clubhouse that is amazing. We had drinks and lunch at the clubhouse after our round of golf, and the wings were good, but the Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had. Definitely going back soon.

Excellent golf course. Exceeded expectations. Very fast greens. A layout that you can score on if you hit shots but hole 14 is one of the toughest holes I’ve played. Very creative course beautiful par threes and the clubhouse and staff were great.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in all of my years of golfing. I went with a friend on opening day. We purchased the beer on site only to have the guy that sold it to us VERY VERY rudely pull up on us in his golf cart (next to our cart) didn’t say a word and just opened our coolers aggressively because he thought we were bringing our own beers. Which we weren’t and you could tell he couldn’t have felt like more of a fool. That was a total joke. Never in my life have I have had that happen. Then one of the members came up to us while playing threatening us to move faster when we were playing bes…

Major improvements! This has always been a great value course I would play by myself to get some work in. But with brand new sod on every tee box and resurfaced cart paths the entire length of the course they addressed the biggest issues. The fairways and greens have always been ok to good and they even added some more parking. Well worth the drive.

Decent course and an enjoyable place to play, but the biggest letdown is that the beer and food side never seems to be open after the round. Masters Sunday at 3 PM was just one example, but it feels like this is an all the time issue. Hard to understand how a club misses so many chances to keep people around for drinks and food after golf.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY In my 45+ years of golfing this is the worst experience I have ever had, being someone who has played every course within an hour of Charlotte, this is the only one I will never go back to. The staff was extremely disrespectful and snobby. The guy I presumed to be the owner thought he could treat anyone however he wanted. Other groups don't acknowledge you when you attempt to interact with them. Very little effort was put into the greens between the unplayable pins and the damage done to them. And on top of that, the whole course smells like cow manure. Overall…
