In summary

Green River Country Club is praised for its friendly staff and enjoyable course layout, particularly the challenging back nine with its elevation changes and water features. The venue is also appreciated for hosting events and offering good value for money. However, some visitors note that the greens and tee boxes could use improvement, and there are occasional reports of unfriendly service and maintenance issues.

Interesting layout. Front 9 is fairly open and forgiving without much trouble to avoid. Back 9 is the complete opposite. Lots of elevation change with water to navigate. Definitely worth playing if your in the area. Greens were ok. Tee boxes need the most help. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Here for 80th birthday celebration and it was nice as far as the venue is concerned I didn't explore the area so much the pool was not in order but again it was the offseason this was just under a month ago it wasn't a bad place to be for the occasion it was very spacious and I would probably book the space for an event also

Good course the greens aren't in the best shape though and the back 9 is challenging. Cart Paths need a lot of work and fairways were kinda tall.

the golf course has weeds in the green and patches of grass there and one of the ppl working there followed us around the whole course and was being really rude

Great layout. Front 9 open and mostly flat and back 9 plays tighter like a mountain course.

Greens were in bad shape. In there defense we have not had any rain in the area this month.

The kitchen could be a bit updated but we rented the club for two of nieces’ Sweet 16 birthday party. It doesn’t have all the frills but won’t break the bank.

Fantastic course. Super friendly staff. Greens are just right. Rented clubs, 9 holes with a cart for less that $20. 5 star rating from someone who travels the country.

Great oyster roast tonight! Also had tasty shrimp and grits and grilled chicken for those who don't eat oysters. Gotta love it. Wonderful crowd of good friends.
