Woodstone Country Club

I had a late dinner at the club. Upon arrival, I was informed that no tables were available and that I would need to sit at the bar. While this was acceptable to me, it felt a bit unusual for an upscale establishment, especially given that there appeared to be plenty of available tables. I would like to compliment the chef on the calamari fritters, which were excellent. Unfortunately, the duck did not meet the same standard. It was overcooked and overly spicy for my taste, to the point where the flavor of the duck itself was difficult to appreciate.

Absolute beautiful place. Wait staff was snooty and not very helpful. The food was not flavorful at all . The meat was dry and mealy in texture. No salt at all used in the food. The cake was absolutely disgusting. It was a simple white cake but it appeared to be frost bitten and was so dry it was almost impossible to eat. The frosting on top was beyond sweet grainy and wet. All in all beautiful place teenagers for the waitstaff and food way below average.

My husband and I were spending the day in Jim Thorpe, looking for a place to stay when we chose Woodstone and it was the best part of our trip! The place is gorgeous, the golf course, lodge and rooms are all beautiful! We had dinner which was delicious and reasonably priced and the service was amazing. Hats off to Hannah and Austin along with the rest of the kitchen staff for a fantastic dinner! We love this wedding venue, but not because of the grand ballroom, beautiful scenery, and epic sunsets. We really love the crew that runs the weddings there. Connie, Tiffany and team are the absolute best!

Went here for a corporate event. They definitely were not prepared. Not enough food for everyone. About 200 people there. When they finally got to "dismissing " out table (45 minute wait from the first table) a lot of good was gone. We had a carving station and the prime rib was a small amount of fat that was served. No Au jus sauce. The French Fry bar was empty, the roasted vegetables were empty. Nothing refilled. They did not have enough bartenders to meet the needs of the group. The lodge is beautiful and our room was very pleasant overlooking the golf course. I had an excellent cheese steak at the restaurant/bar! Overall a very nice stay.

We went to woodstone for an event and we were amazed with the location and their food and service. While driving we were not sure whether we were driving to the correct location but arriving at the location we were shocked to see such a beautiful place. We may go there again to spend quite a time from our busy life style

I photographed a summer wedding at Woodstone Country Club and was so impressed. The mountain views and golden hour light are absolutely stunning for portraits, and the property offers a great mix of scenic spots without a lot of travel time. The staff kept the day running smoothly and were wonderful to work with. It’s a beautiful, organized venue that makes for an easy, stress-free day and gorgeous wedding photos.

Amazing venue for a wedding! Staff was exceptional and bartender Austin was just the best there is. Beautiful golf course with nice driving range. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. I would join if I lived closer!

We went here for a wedding and it was absolutely amazing. The decorations were gorgeous. The place was so clean. Staff was attentive and focused on doing their job and making sure the bride was happy with their services. I loved the details that brought the place together. I didn't get to see much of the outdoor view but I'm sure it was just as beautiful as it was inside.
