In summary

Wright Park Golf Course is praised for its friendly staff, well-maintained fairways, and the overall fun and challenging layout of its nine holes. Many visitors appreciate the course's character and the reasonable pace of play. However, some golfers express concerns about the high fees for a 9-hole course, inconsistent greens conditions, and the crowded nature of the course due to its popularity.

Friendly staff. Course is fun and challenging. The greens were absolutely horrible on 9/12. Covered in sand and ant mounds. No ball wash stations. Tee boxes are pretty chewed up and uneven.

Course isn't too bad, gets really crowded with it being a 9 hole course only. Also 60 bucks a person Friday through sunday is quite outrageous considering other courses near by.

Man… I hate leaving this review. I actually love this course. But the new rates are beyond ridiculous for a 9 hole course. $35 and $20 per person for the cart for a 9 hole course is absurd. Can play a better in shape 18 hole course for that price if not cheaper. The staff is friendly, the course is fine but it used to be $34. Can’t believe how much they charge now. Guess I’ll be playing more at firewheel now. Better course, better price and it’s 18 holes. Love ya Wright Park, hopefully those prices come back down someday.

I went out for a quick 9 holes walking the course. I had never played here before. It reminded me in many ways of the old 9 hole municipal I grew up on. Show up, pay the fee and get in line on the tee. The fairways were in good shape with plenty of grass. I gave it four stars only because some of the greens were a little ragged but overall they rolled well. The course is a reasonable length for most players and even though there were plenty of players we finished our 9 holes in less than two hours. I will definitely be back.

One of the better 9 hole courses. I'm a member so I could be biased. Stays very green in the depths of summer. The service at the clubhouse is very good. They definately deserve a better clubhouse to work out of. Be nice if they could somehow turn it into a 18 hole course.

Played the course for 20 years , great fairways . Greens are good , wish they were bent but there still good playable greens. Lots of character, water , bunkers , mature trees. The staff and course care takers are as friendle as you,ll find.

Fun course, not long but place your shots where they go or you could be in trouble. Green are fun to play. Staff members are friendly. Try it for a nice day of golfing.

Last few times staff members are 70 yrs+ and tell you to have carts in by 8:00pm. Then come yell at you at 7:50 for “taking advantage of them”. When asked if they are on yelp they start apologizing and tell you to come back. Greens are like putting on a plinko board. BYOB is great but staff is questionable. If you work during the day and want to squeeze in golf before sunset know this is coming.

Friendly folks but save your money. Worst course I've ever played. Greens are brown and extremely patchy at best. This is in may, greens should be green. Totally unkept course. Good carts.
