In summary

A 1 Golf Center is appreciated for its well-maintained par 3, 9-hole course, which offers a variety of yardages and is considered a great value for the price. The driving range is noted for its good grass surface, making it a suitable spot for beginners and families. However, some visitors have experienced inconsistent customer service, with reports of unwelcoming staff and unclear business hours.

The best par 3 course in the metroplex. The course is well-maintained and kept green and trimmed. The greens are elevated and you get to hit a shots from 60-190 yards. They have carts, so you can play fast, too. Great value for $16. I had hit balls at the range here for years, but didn't know how nice the course was. Great value and very fun.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! First off the course is simple enough but the upkeep of the greens needs some work..... that being said this was my second trip to this place and the first one would have garnered probably 3.5 - 4 stars as that gentleman was polite, friendly, inviting, and helpful. However, this trip was a different attendant and to say he was rude and unwelcoming to me and my son is an understatement. My son has just started learning to play and wanted to go chip a little bit and maybe putt which on every other course I've been on (all of which are far nicer and better cared for)…

Not sure of the previous review but they are always nice to me. Range hitting surface is nicely maintained grass not mats. 9 hole par 3 course is EZ and fun. Water but no sand. You'll hit everything from your PW to maybe 3W. It depends but mostly your 8,9,W. An easy walk. Non-golfing riders are welcome. Great place to take your new golf buddy for instruction and there is a roped off area for kids to hit separate from the regular range customers. Actually kind of nice so Dad doesn't have to stress over the kiddos spraying golf balls all over the place. Greens come and go a little but were is gr…

I have been coming to A1 Golf Center for years. It is one of the first golf driving ranges I came to, in an attempt to work on my basic swing & putting fundamentals. They also have a nine hole par 3 course that helped my game. It's a good place to get to know yourself, your game and enjoy the outdoors...

I really wish I had read the reviews of this place prior to going. I am not a golfer, but I'm trying to learn so my fiance brought me here to go to the driving range. He told me that golf is mostly about the short game but if I don't have fun hitting the balls as hard as I can that it wouldn't be fun trying to play any rounds. Unfortunately I never got to hit any golf balls at all. We arrived and the place was closed. It is a bit cold out but that is no reason to close a driving range? Maybe I just don't understand how the sport works but based on the other reviews I'm not the only one who fi…

A couple of my friends and I arrived at the golf course around 1 in the afternoon. We came to hit a few range balls and just converse. Before we began to play he made sure we had all understood the rules and were good to go. Now at this point everything was ok and somewhat decent. The man later proceeded to criticize one of my friends about the fact that he didn’t want him making multiple divots in his grass. Now I can understand trying to keep it nice for later players but considering that swinging a golf club creates divots unless your a pro no matter how hard you try to fix it. The man proc…

Went for the first time in a long time. Was open at 5:45 despite it being well over 100 degrees. I made a mistake of dropping my phone through the cart and stuck somewhere under the hood. Geno and Preston were very kind and patient in retrieving it for me. Great course and very well maintained. Geno seems like he will always go the extra mile for his customers. We be back soon!

This place is convenient priced well and besides a driving range it has a 9 hole par three golf course. Also Gino the owner is a cool cat in my book !! One more thing ........... If you have a problem with this place talk to the owner and if that doesn’t make you happy then go somewhere that does !!! God is good and be blessed!!!

I've been to this range repeatedly because it's close to my house, and there are no other options. There is a grey haired guy that works the proshop, that's a total jerk. He's incapable of a smile, and greets customers with a recitation of all his rules pertaining to being permitted to hit balls at his range. I hope he's the owner, because he's costing himself a lot of money, and customers being such as ass.

Very friendly and fun. No birdies but should have had 4. The water hole, slightly reminiscent on the 17th at the Players.

The course is very simple but for the price it can't be beat, the staff is wonderful and always helpful. Could easily recommend to anyone looking for a quick game
