In summary

7 Lakes Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic setting, well-maintained greens, and challenging yet enjoyable course layout. The staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a positive overall experience. However, some visitors have noted issues with the driving range, course maintenance, and limited facilities during play, such as the absence of beverage carts and stopping points after the front nine.

Great value for the cost, course is laid out uniquely, challenging and playable. Still has bent greens where many have gone to Bermuda for their putting turf. For a lower budget course they keep it nicely maintained, feels like a higher end facility while on the course. Conditions have been steadily improving over the last couple years, and plans to continue improving. I work and play here and recommend it to anyone who enjoys golfing. The driving range is pretty rough though, be advised. 👌🏻 ⛳️

Attended the car show at 7 Lakes Golf Club a few months ago. The BBQ from Southside Bar & Grill was outstanding—flavorful, generous portions, and perfectly cooked. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The golf course itself was in pristine condition: greens rolled true, fairways lush, and overall presentation top-notch. Great event and venue—highly recommend visiting!

Absolutely! Here’s a review for 7 Lakes Golf Club: Nestled in the scenic surroundings of its namesake lakes, 7 Lakes Golf Club offers a delightful experience for golfers of all skill levels. From the moment you arrive, the lush landscape and well-maintained fairways set the tone for a great day on the course. The clubhouse is welcoming, providing a cozy spot to grab a bite before or after your round. The 18-hole course features a diverse layout that challenges players while still being enjoyable for beginners. Strategically placed bunkers and water hazards require careful consideration on al…

The course is in pretty great condition, they have plenty of bathrooms around every couple holes. The only thing I didn't like about it is when you make the turn. They don't have a place to stop.

Overpriced for what it is. Lots of other courses in the Pinehurst area in the same price range that are in better shape with better accomodations. Range was "closed for maintenance" and wasn't advertised so didn't know until we showed up for the round. The range only looks like ~200 yards so probably can't hit driver even if it was open. Front 9 layout is boring and there's no turn back to the clubhouse so no way to get more beer/food/ice/water. Saw zero beverage carts during the round. Will not be back

Service was amazing and food was good considering there were only 2 waitress and their 11 am group of 30 didn't arrive until just before noon. Our group of 5 had reservations for Noon, was on time and never felt neglected. Definitely going back!

This club's membership fees will increase significantly in 2026. The course condition has improved very little in 2025; the turf maintenance staff is numerous but inefficient and poorly managed. The driving range is terrible. There are many clubs in the Pinehurst area that offer much better value. I have decided to leave this club.

Decent track with some unique holes. Not always in the best condition. The driving range is in poor shape and difficult to access. Not a walkers course.

Beautiful course. Did not golf - was only along for the ride - but golfers seemed to enjoy it and lost plenty of balls, so it must be challenging! 😊

Per my usual golf reviews, I will go over the different aspects of the course. I shot a terrible 91 due to 3 triples gained through lost tee shots. Other than that, it was a rather good day. Tee Boxes 5/5 - No issues, not many lopsided or bare tee boxes. Fairways 4/5 - Placement is key on a couple holes, one being a blind hill that the GHIN GPS didn't show well. Grass is good considering the time of year. Greens 5/5 - Well manicured, subtle breaks and consistent roll. Layout 4/5 - I'm being petty about the blind hill that cost me a ball. The signage could do a better job of showing the slope b…
