Apostle Highlands Golf Course

Beautiful course. Challenging but extremely playable My wife said the best word to describe it was peaceful. Great views of the lake, nice fairways, and greens in good shape.

Can't say enough good things about this course, it was tough but a lot of fun to play, was in really good condition for the price, holes have a lot of character and make you think when you are playing. Staff is super friendly. Not a very far drive from Duluth. Just go down highway 2 when going through superior. I would recommend this course to anybody in a heartbeat and can't wait to play again!

We had our wedding at Apostle Highlands Golf Course 9/9/23. Our experience with the entire team at the golf course was great! Working with the golf course general manager, Bill was wonderful. He is helpful, kind and so accommodating. The patio and reception space at Apostle Highlands is breathtaking and many of our guests loved the view of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands. Bill was so thoughtful on our wedding day and attentive to my wedding party. He even took my wedding party out on the golf course in golf carts to take pictures where the best views were. Course was in great shape especially the greens. Great views, very scenic course. Would be 5 stars, but they would only let me play nine holes, said it would be too dark to play more, got there at 5:45, done with 9 around 7:10, sunset was at 8:52 that day, didn't really make sense to me.

Beautiful setting, fairways and greens were in great condition, first cut rough was not, needs attention. Good value however!

Beautiful course. You pay for the views which are great of Lake Superior. Very weedy rough but the greens are in good shape. All the other golfers let me as a single play through so had a fast and enjoyable visit. Would love a beverage cart though especially on Labor Day weekend!

I have been playing Apostle Highlands over the past few years. This year the course is in great shape and the greens are rolling. Remarkable views of Lake Superior and they have a good practice range. Rates are very reasonable.

Views are awesome. Relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Course is perfect with just the right amount ot 3,4 and 5 par holes.

Fun course with some blind shots overlooking Madeline Island, Lake Superior. Challenging Par 5s. Play 9/18 you will enjoy.

Wonderful breath taking views. Nice challenging drives and greens love this place it'll be a standard ops to play here while staying in Washburn at our heritage vacation home!

The course has wonderful views of Lake Superior. This was a longer course. Enjoyed our time.

Course was fun and in very good condition. Nice views of the lake. Employees there were great as well. Will play here again any chance I get.
