Pictures speak a thousand words so I'll let them help you make your decision. Greens were terrible and for the most part unplayable. We played on 11/17/17 (Friday) and we were 2 of 3 players in the morning. You drive through a cart graveyard at the turn, there was digging all over the course from old sprinkler systems I guess. The carts are extremely outdated. Definitely won't be coming back to this course. Not worth the $40 cost to play 18. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Do not play this course. The conditions are awful and they charged $35. I actually called a week before I played and explained that I was bringing a foursome from 500 miles away and I needed them to be honest with me and tell me the conditions of the course. I was told that it was in good shape and all the greens had recovered and were nice and there were two that were still recovering but would be fine by the weekend. Total lie. There was one decent green on the entire course and it was 18. The other 17 were nothing but dirt. I really don't know how the place is still in business, the carts w…

I don't even know how to begin to write my frustration with what has happened to this course. I began playing the course when it first opened many years ago and it was once rated one of the best public courses by golf digest. But now, it is a total disgrace. The latest owner does what he does best, destroy property for greed. The greens are unplayable, you often have ankle high weeds in the tee boxes, the sand traps are dirt traps, the carts are trash, etc.. etc.. Now, they are turning the front nine into a housing project.. One of the best golf lay outs around is now being developed for greed…

Course is in bad shape. Granted we tried to play after a rain storm but the sand traps were full of water, no tee boxes had a place to tee your ball that wasn't muddy - the first green barely had grass - and on and on. Starter said this is the third year in a row the grounds crew screwed up the winter care and messed up the course. All that and they refused a refund for someone from out of town and gave me a rain check for the back 9. Are u kidding me? You took my money and nobody had the courtesy of telling us how bad the course condition was?? When am I coming back to play a back 9? It's…

They have some bargain prices now. Very good value. Greens were rough in spring but have come around nicely. If looking for a nice, inexpensive way to swing club try their twilight specials at 1 dollar a hole. Cant beat it.

This is a great track. There are holes that require creativity off the tee, risk/reward shots and accurate irons. The course needs maintenance and it would be another 5 star course in Auburn.

Auburn Links at Mill Creek rated 3-1/2 stars: This very enjoyable public golf course just to the south-west of Auburn is laid out in predominantly natural, undulating woodland. There's plenty of good bunkering and occasionally some tightish drives to make on this excellent value and well maintained public course.

This used to be a mediocre course worth about $30 a round. If you pay more than $20 here now you have been shtooped. Very nice layout, but putting on the worst greens in Auburn. Shame really.

Played here couple weeks ago and I so disappointed to see how much the place has gone downhill. I used to play here all the time 10+ yrs ago and it was a very nice course. Will not play here anymore unless they make some drastic changes to the care and upkeep of the course.

I really like this course. Probably has something to do with playing my best game ever here. Always see some intersting wildlife. Last time I saw a Pileated woodpecker
