They are robbers. You will know their actual face when you move out. First of all, they will charge you 3 months of liquidated damage even if you buy a new home and move there. They will never help you in finding a sublease. Next, they will deduct tons of money unless you give them a 30 days prior notice. Next, they will charge you tons of money in the name of service fees, admin fees and cleaning fees after you move out. They charged us 250$ even after we left the apartment crystal clean (pictures attached). Stay away from these people.

Today was the second time I’ve driven 25 minutes to golf and the second time in a row I’ve haven’t been able to golf because either the course was at max capacity or there was a tournament going on, and there is nothing on the website that lets you know before hand and the course does not do tee times. Do tee times if you are struggling with too many people on the course before I drain my gas tank driving there!

Let me preface this by saying this is a review of ONLY the golf course, not the corresponding apartment complex. I’ve always heard really good review of this complex and all of its amenities, however I can unfortunately not agree with such reviews. The golf course here is quite literally the in the worst condition I have ever seen. I formerly worked at a country club, and played a decent amount of golf myself, so I’ve seen a lot of varying course conditions. This course is the worst of them all. The layout is extremely confusing as there is a lack of signage, there are unfixed divots everywher…

Not a safe place if you are a struggling college student. I am a female that has stayed here for 3 years without incident. They are not the best when it comes to outside maintenance of the apartments at times but on April 27, 2020 I stepped down the stairs of my apartment building and slipped in fresh wet paint. The workers decided to paint the grounds of my building at 6pm and left poorly visible wet paint signs. The moment anyone steps out of their unit they could slip and fall without knowing what the cause was The wet paint signs also had paint on them indicating that they could have been…

I lived here for 4 years before being able to buy my own place. The staff for the complex were always friendly and helpful whenever I had an issue. It’s definitely a bonus to be able to play some golf on the course too!

Sierra was so kind to offer to show my mom and me a two bedroom 1 bathroom when I was interested which I kindly accepted it. I look forward to living at the Greens one day.

Very close course! People are teeing off right behind you and balls were flying past us and near us way too frequently. It’s a nice, little course. A bit rough but it is March 29.

If you’ve lived in Auburn, you know just how bad apartments are here. The greens is a complete and total exception. They go above and beyond to make your experience at the complex the best it can be. Every maintenance request I’ve submitted was taken care of within the next day. Recently, I mentioned that I wanted to get around to cleaning my door to a staff. The next day, I came home and it was clean. The gym is the best apartment gym I’ve seen here, and it’s so peaceful. The list goes on, but they really care about your living conditions. Every other apartment complex here is managed by a bi…

I do NOT recommend this apartment complex. Yes, there are amenities, but these apartments are poorly built and staff is invasive. A simple knock on the wall and the paint chips away. Even on the top floor, you can hear all the movements of the downstairs tenants. There has been numerous times where staff has come into our apartment without letting us know, while we are both at work. We even have camera footage of a male staff walking in and out of the apartment. After that incident, we stated that we would require a formal notice of when they would be needing to enter our apartment. I have yet…

Lived here for a year. Would not suggest it for any woman living alone. Did not feel safe walking from my car to my apartment at night. Neighbors smoked weed 24-7 and they never did anything about it even though I called several times. They do not upkeep on pest control.

Waited to post my review due to some of the things I read online (Random stressors moving out). Moved out and got money back from the deposit despite negative reviews I found online. I was stationed at Ft Benning for the duration I lived at the Greens (for those who are curious its about an hour commute). It was a fantastic place to live and I miss it. Very close to the state park, the community has plenty of amenities, and after 1900, it's very quiet and peaceful (quiet during the day aswell but you will hear people teeing off but that's still quiet). I used to just sit outside and relax whil…

They will find anyway to charge you whatever they want. They ripped up carpet with no proof of why they ripped up the carpet just to charge us extra with no proof of what they were saying. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
