In summary

Badlands Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, beautiful rural setting, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for golfers seeking good value. The course layout offers a mix of challenging and easier holes, appealing to a wide range of skill levels. However, some visitors have noted issues with slow pace of play, particularly on weekends, and concerns about tee time management, which can lead to delays and congestion on the course.

Absolutely love this course! Cannot beat the price. Also love the people they have working in the clubhouse/bar. Golf course was in amazing shape most of this past season and I cannot wait to golf it weekly this upcoming season

Fantastic golf course. Been here twice and love it. It's well maintained although the patrons could assist a little with the greens. Price is fair. Outside of that the service is great, course is just the right amount of challenging and easy.

Pretty decent little course. There are a couple of blind teeshots which makes for some interesting decisions, and a handful of good high risk-high reward holes. Greens spin less and are a bit bumpy, but that's to be expected when nobody fixes their divots. My only big complaint is how short the course is, only playing about 6200 from the tips.

Love the course. Hate the pass of play. Not the 1st time this has happened but the 3 some in front of us are hitting 2 balls a piece so we are having to wait 10 minutes at each tee box for them to get far enough ahead. Not the place to play if you want to get a quick 9 or 18 in. They should consider having a ranger.

My friends and I have played this course for many years. They continue to make improvements every year. The course is beautiful and it is rural and peaceful. We play on Tuesday mid mornings and have never experienced any of the negative experiences that some people report. Excellent staff.

For the price, hard to argue the value you get at this course. A round of golf during the summer is rarely under $60. Afternoon on the weekend was $35 with a cart - sign me up!

Had a 1:44 tee time, got there early ended up teeing off at 2 no big deal. But ended up running into many other players. Up to 13 players waiting on one tee box!! Only making a $3 change in 9 holes! They know what they’re doing. A good old fashioned rip off. Never going back. Do not recommend.

One of my favorite places on earth. Course has great character. Owners are awesome. Workers are awesome. I've been golfing there for many many years and you never know what you're going to see next. I love it

Not one to write reviews but my experience was so bad that I don’t want someone else to experience the same. To be fair the course itself is decent but the management does not know how to spread out the tee times. I paid for 18 and only got in 12 holes. I got 12 holes in and it took be 3.5 hours to do that .I had to wait at least 15 minutes to tee off on each hole because the groups were so stacked up. Would not recommend this course to anyone . Very bad.

2nd time playing there, first time they had to bring us carts to the third hole because they didn't have any. This time I was able to tee off on time. However, there was 5 tee times of pairs playing behind. There needs to be a ranger or manager with some guts to move pairs into groups. What type of place is this?

Played this course twice. Golf here with some friends of mine when I’m in Woodbury from time to time. It’s a nice course, holes are fun and different. Not too difficult, and price is good. Didn’t have any rakes out to rake the traps but wasn’t bothering me non, just felt bad I couldn’t rake the traps after hitting out of them.

This course is a true gem. Tha staff was friendly, funny and a joy to be around, as were the other golfers. Great course conditions. You can tell they take great pride in there course. A few updates going on at the clubhouse but don't let that deter you visit. And the price can't be beat!!!
