In summary

Bayonne Golf Club is highly praised for its stunning views of Manhattan and unique links-style design, offering a challenging and well-maintained course with rolling dunes and narrow fairways. The clubhouse and amenities receive commendations for their quality and service, enhancing the overall experience. While the course is exclusive and requires a member invitation to play, some visitors express disappointment with the water range being closed and note the physical demands of the hilly terrain.

Bayonne Golf Club is one of the best courses I have played and the views of Manhattan and Brooklyn are amazing. The course is well maintained and the staff were great. Be prepared to play some very narrow fairways, but it’s a great and challenging course.

The most incredible place I've ever been to my whole life hospitality. The food drinks are the best I've ever had. I'd say it was a five-star Michelin golf course

Nice leveled paths. Short trail around the golf course. I didn't go to the golf course instead I wake around the public trail.

This course is unlike any course in the US. Hands down. Lower Manhattan views with a taste of Scotland.

I grew up not 4 miles from the course. I haven't played there and will probably never play there but if I got an invite I would fly up from Florida to play it respect it and enjoy the hell out of it on the back 9 of my life. Google asked me for a review because I looked on the website. When I started playing golf in 1977 there were no options for me as a Jersey City kid to play golf except at Weequaic Park or the NYC courses in Ststen Island. Even though I moved out of the area, I'm thrilled that there are options in Hudson County now but sadly only one public option at Skyway. Before I die I…

Will think you are lost if driving in until you come to the stone gatehouse. Great track. Tough course. Never a flat lie, always uphill, downhill or side lie. Good size greens w lots of undulations, but not ridiculously fast. If so buckle up. Playing from the blues at 6700 is all you can handle. Beautiful property, great views and outstanding service from the bag drop, Vegas in the locker room, GM, pros and wait staff. If you have the chance don’t miss it.

Baýonne Golf Club is one of the most unique and spectacular golf courses in the country. It’s rugged design and outstanding views make this place a special memory for those lucky enough to play it. An accurate driving game will set you up for a solid round. The shot values are extremely high especially when the wind is whipping. You can count on a challenge every time you walk this course. Hit the stair master the night before you play. You’ll need all the lactic acid you can get climbing these hills. Oh yeah and that Flag! What a vision.

Fantastic opportunity to play a unique golf course. Very private - must be a guest of a member. Mounds and dunes everywhere - massive greens in perfect condition. If you ever get the chance, do it. Must walk and take a caddie - be in shape to do a lot of climbing and descending.

Congratulations to folks that had vision to create such a gem in an area that one would not believe a place like this exists. The club house is spectacular and truly looks like it was built 100 years ago. The course was extremely challenging and in superb shape. Practice facilities for irons was exceptional, not a fan of driving golf balls into water and distances not being marked but minor compared to everything that is close to perfect at this golf club. The caddy I had was fantastic (Yogi) . The team is attentive, food and beverage service is excellent. I found myself in awe of this course…
