In summary

Belvedere Golf & Country Club is frequently praised for its exceptional course conditions, welcoming staff, and outstanding food and beverage services, making it a favorite among many members and guests. The club's layout and amenities, including a well-regarded restaurant and snack shack, are also highlighted positively. However, some criticisms include issues with drainage affecting cart access, high guest fees, and occasional dissatisfaction with membership policies and social dynamics.

Along with my dad and brother, I joined Belvedere this past winter and we just wrapped up our first season as playing members. The only downside was not joining (much) sooner than 2021. What an outstanding, outstanding year. Where to begin… 1) The golf…most importantly…this golf course is in excellent condition. (See the pictures I took with my old iphone which might not even do them justice.) These superb conditions probably should be expected of a private golf club, but still, it must be stated. There are some pretty decent public courses around (I played public courses all my life until th…

I was a guest at the Member/ Guest tournament last week at it was amazing. All the staff looked after everyone, never had an empty drink, the food and waiting staff were great. The course was in great shape and Jack Michael’s was the perfect MC. Overall I can’t thank them enough, the hospitality was very friendly and the day was enjoyed by all.

Get a lesson from the pro here. No matter what your level of golf, a review of fundamentals with the head pro will be the best thing to happen to your game. He is a great communicator, a patient coach, and able to simplify the swing for you. Golf will be fun again because you will be much better at striking, chipping and putting the ball. Take a lesson. Staff are great. Celebrated my grandson's upcoming marriage by playing a round with some family and friends. The course management welcomed us and provided all with a voucher to help with food and beverages afterwards. Great day of golf made even better by the great people at Belvedere Golf and Country Club. Member Dale MacIntosh hosted us. Thanks again!

Very well taken care of course. Staff is professional and friendly. Food is delicious. Quite expensive to golf here and the course itself is pretty tough in the sense you can't see most of the holes from where you tee off, and there's no maps on your scorecard. Definitely recommend a golf watch if you have one. It's also a private club so I can understand the price a bit.

Company brunch, outstanding service and food was scrumptious. Best Benny's I've had in a while. Highly recommend.

One of our favorite private golf courses in the Edmonton area. Great layout with exceptional conditions. Staff is unreal and the food and beverage is outstanding. If you get the chance to play, take it!

My father had reciently passed and after the funeral we had a party in the clubhouse. The entire staff was phenomenal the food they made was exactly what we asked for. They were very accommodating and set up for us with little notice. I'd like to thank the entire staff and members of the Belvedere Golf and Country Club for all the help creating a wonderful setting and hosting the celebration of my Dads life. Thank you Daniel Dotto

Very poor private golf club experience. Here's why. 1. Course sits on very poorly drained land. Would stay wet for days after it rained. 2. There is not a tee to green cart path therefore there was at least 3 or 4 weeks all tolled where no carts were allowed due to weather. 3. Blue flags were also banned on those days therefore as a disabled veteran unable to stand and walk for hours at a time I was denied access to the course. Out of a 5 month season the course was unavailable to me for about 20% of the days. A golf membership shouldn't be a huge risk or gamble. A tee to green cart path (the…

Thank you to Jason and the rest of the team at The Belvedere Golf & Country Club. We had an opportunity to play the course, which was in great shape, the staff were all super friendly, and the beers on the patio were nice and cool. All in all, a great day and a great club.
