What a great course! I was in town for work and had some time to play a round of golf. The rental clubs were very good and the course was very well kept. It was early fall and the fairways were kept free of leaves by an employee on a cart with a huge leaf blower attached to the back. I was golfing alone, as was the man behind me. We ended up talking and partnered up for the round which made it much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Calvert City Golf and Country Club.

I am a member here, so I'm a little biased. I used to be a member at another club but the conditions and quality of the grass at Calvert led me to switch. Zoysia fairways have the ball basically tee'd up on every shot. Bermuda greens that are typically kept at a quicker pace. The course can be a little wet if it has seen multiple days of rain in a row. Course is difficult but has forgiving sections where there is room left or right of the rough.

What a great golf course!!! We stopped on a whim, and were pleasantly surprised! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The course was in excellent shape, despite all the recent rain in their area. It was like stepping back in time... neatly manicured tee boxes, fairways, and greens; ball washers with handi-wipes on each hole; and a friendly person in the pro shop. We'll definitely try to stop there again!

Spent 3 hours on the range while on vacation from Illinois calibrating some new clubs. Very pleasant setting. Range isn't huge but it served my needs nicely. Every local I met on range was super friendly including a first grader named Oliver who just made my day with his energy!!

This is a great course & the staff & pro are very customer service oriented. Don’t pass up an opportunity to play this course. Once you play it you’ll definitely go back. Zoysia fairways & manicured greens are fabulous.

Stopped by while traveling through from Florida to Colorado… I expect far more for a local Country Club…multiple golf pros work for me, and we would not do business here. Drake Creek Golf Club is a much better option right up the street.

Excellent course & I'll be back before heading north again, but - we unfortunately played today and the greens had just been top-dressed with sand - making then exceptionally fast and unpredictable.

This is by far the best public golf course in West ky. Friendly staff, nice carts and the course is fantastically maintained. A challenging par 72, with a beautiful layout.

Best Golf Course in all of Western Kentucky. Greens aren't perfect..but darn close. Yea you can play Paxton..spend more, wait, wait, wait, tee off, wait, wait,..etc. you get the picture. Fairways are always perfect, very friendly courteous staff.
