In summary

Cape Neddick Country Club is appreciated for its challenging layout, particularly on the back nine, and the friendly, professional staff. Many visitors enjoy the well-maintained greens and unique hole designs, as well as the pleasant clubhouse and restaurant. However, some guests express concerns about the course's overall maintenance, noting issues with fairways, tee boxes, and inconsistent pricing relative to the course condition.

Well maintained golf course just south of Ogunquit that has a rather challenging back 9. Fairways were in good condition, tee boxes well maintained and the greens are well kept. The front 9 is more open and easier off the tee, while the back has tighter fairways outlined by trees that mark hazards.

Great course! Played on a day after rain, fairway was wet and sloppy, but in great shape. The greens were awesome! Lots of great outs with good speed on the greens. The fairway were great but in the low levels they were very wet due to the rain. But overall, The course was in good shape. The course is really neat with names for every hole. I like that touch it really add to the experience. Had a couple of beers after the 18 and the the bar and view were great. Definitely check out this place!

Very nice golf course! Definitely play there again. Restaurant was a perfect food ending to golfing. Chicken walnut, cranberry salad wrap was delicious. Patty melt was also very good. Melissa was great with service. Highly recommend all of it.

Sad to write this, because this area needs more public golf. Overpriced, completely unmaintained..The greens were not bad a little inconsistant and fuzzy, the tees are a mess, they use like 7 different box marker color combinations and there is no consistancy from hole to hole, i have no idea which tees i played from yesterday, it seemed like each hole had a different color combo..from tee to green was pretty much a dump...ryegrass, bentgrass, fescue, clover, bluegras, dirt, rocks, and a variety of dead crap. There were unattended washouts everywhere and just a mess of neglected areas and cont…

Terrible shape. Way over priced. Paid $230 for my wife and I. Mercifully we got rained on and quit after 9. Was refunded $80. Really? I will never go back and never recommend. Well handled.

Played this while on vacation because the reviews seemed decent. Sadly, we felt pretty duped. Greens were rock hard and inconsistent, and the course maintenance was pretty poor for the price. And let’s not forget the $15 price for 30 range balls. I almost couldn’t believe it. Don’t recommend this course at all and wish we would have played elsewhere

Pleasant people. Greens in wonderful shape. Nice changes in elevation. Tee boxes a bit chewed up but not unexpected for August. Overall fun course that is well maintained.

Staff is fantastic, but the conditions around the greens were in terrible shape: lumpy and uneven. Fairways and greens were okay. For $115 you would expect better course maintenance.

$115.00 to play on a Saturday with cart. Not worth it. This course was in bad condition. Very few yardage markers on tee boxes/ fairways , greens were in poor condition, goose poop on back nine. CNCC … if these are the rates you’re going to be charging, you really need to improve the course. This course was not worth more than $70 for a round.

Very nice staff. Way to overpriced for the conditions of the course. Greens were in very bad shape. Payed $108 per person for a course that should be $60-80 at the most. Not worth the money. Better off going to ledges or links at outlook for this price.

Sunday morning round was $115 per person. Course was barely worth $60. Greens were in horrible shape. Cart paths were a mess. 2 stars for friendly staff, thats about the only good thing about the place. Don't waste your time.
