In summary

Carbon Country Club is frequently praised for its beautiful course condition, diverse layout, and friendly, accommodating staff. The course offers a mix of traditional parkland and open, semi-links style holes, providing a fun and engaging experience for golfers of all skill levels. Amenities such as the well-stocked pro shop, practice areas, and quality dining options add to the overall appeal. However, there are occasional criticisms regarding customer service in the dining area, with some patrons experiencing less-than-ideal interactions.

I thoroughly enjoyed this fine course - one of my favorites - on Wednesday, 25 September as one the 9 courses played on my Utah golf vacation. Such a beautiful course in a stunning setting...and such a professional operation - especially for such a tucked away, small-town course - led by golf pros Tom King and Kenji Otani. Both of these gentlemen were so helpful! The older undeveloped front 9 is most beautiful, IMO - although only slightly so - with its traditional configuration, larger trees and thus more shade. The more developed back 9 - although not overly so - was more open and visually s…

Carbon Country Club is a public Golf Course that is one of the most enjoyable courses to play in the state of Utah. They have the friendliest and most accommodating clubhouse staff and the course is just fun to play with an outstanding variety of hole designs. Course Condition ️️️️️ You can tell a lot about a golf course base on how they take care of their greens and sand bunkers: greens were in excellent condition, they were firm, yet held a ball well, with medium speed and fairly easy to read. Sand bunkers were top-notch, nice fluffy sand with no rocks. Course Design & Playability: ️️️️ Th…

I love playing at Carbon Country Club. It does feel like two separate nines as they are physically separated pretty well and have different styles. I do like the back more than the front. Some of my favorite holes are #10, #11, #15, #16. You can walk this course, though there is a stretch from 10 to 11 and again from 18 to the parking lot. Course has always been in excellent shape when I've played here. Thomas King and his crew are so helpful and kind. Nothing but great things to say about the people here.

A nice surprise in Price, Utah. Par 70 with several long tough par fours. Greens were very good 👍🏼 Great staff of friendly people. Dirt cheap greens fees if you pay when you book online.

This is the year for such a pretty course to be beautifully green. It is always nice to see the local patrons taking advantage of this little gem. Parking is adequate. The course does offer some opportunities to get shade on some of those high desert hot days, but make sure you have plenty of refreshing water! It might not be Pebble Beach, but it is still a lot better than being in the office! Get put there and enjoy it!

We had a family function at the Country Club which was lovely. The food, the atmosphere and the servers were amazing except for Maquel. In all of my 51 years I've never been treated so rude. She was impolite and discourteous before myself or anyone in our party had said a word or even sat down. I could write pages of details however I won't waste my time. At least 15 people within our party and a few that were dining separately made comments about her behavior. To sum it up, it was awful. Worst customer service ever.

What an awesome course. The front nine is an older, mature course with lots of trees. Hole 10 has a beautiful elevated tee box that allows you to play for the green on a par 4. Overall great course with great people.
