Chestatee Golf Club

Chestatee Golf Club is a great course with an amazing staff that provides top notch service. Everyone is friendly and gracious, and the food and beverages are great! My experiences at this golf club have been memorable and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The course is a fun track, and kept in great shape from tee to green. Absolutely a great day. Enjoyed everything about the course. The greens are perfect, Tee boxes are in great shape, fairways excellent. The views and elevation changes make the course super scenic. This is a hidden North Georgia gem.

Staff were some of the nicest folks I have ever seen in the golf community. Starter was great guy, everything was top notch...and course was great, even with rain coming down. Highly recommend a round here!

Great Layout and challenging to Play. Lots of hills and valleys. It is fun to play! Good deals on GOLFNOW, for a decent price. Fairways are in a good shape and greens as well. Beautiful view, staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great day and a lot of fun. Played with 2 local guy’s, and they helped with tips. Definitely recommend!!

After calling ahead of time and asking about the policy of the driving range and whether or not it was open to the public, I proceeded to make the 45 minute drive down to use the driving range after 3 PM like the man on the phone had said, just to be turned away because I don’t live in the neighborhood. I’m super disappointed after driving all this way just for nothing. All employees should be aware of any and all policies, because had I been made aware prior to that the driving range was only open to residents of the neighborhood I obviously would not have gone

I'm a single-digit handicap, native of Pinehurst/Southern Pines, NC area, have golfed for 20+ years and continue to golf weekly. I cannot express how impressed I was with the condition of this public course and all it's amenities! Nice clubhouse with bar and grill, practice green, chipping green, and driving range - all in great condition. The course itself was fantastic!! The greens were perfect, ran quick (at least a 11) and rolled true. The bunkers were raked and full of sand. The fairways were plush and the first and second cuts were easily discernible. They have a great driving range. The views are breathtaking. They have a great practice area for chipping as well. Super friendly folks!

Can't beat the twilight tee time price! Free warmup at the range and excellent facilities overall. Staff is very friendly!

Love this course!! Re-opened late 2024 with new greens and they are simply fantastic, without any doubt the best greens around by far!! Green fees include warm/up bag of range balls…great putting and chipping areas. Very welcoming staff from the moment you arrive with the cart staff and golf shop staff, restaurant & bar, on-course beverage cart and 1st Tee Starter and on-course Marshalls. They’re doing it right out here 👍

Not much to not love! From the course to the hospitality… just great! You have to play! Worth the drive and the dive!

Great golf course. All kinds of shots, at all kinds of different positions. Greens are great. The Staff was amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely play again.
