Cliff View Golf Club

This is an ideal spot for a large group outing! We recently rented the entire Inn at Cliff View for our annual guys’ weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better fit. Sitting right on the golf course near hole #8, the Inn offers stunning views of the course, the river, and the towering stone cliffs. The layout was perfect for a group—plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen, dining room, and common areas, but with private rooms (each with its own bathroom) all under the same roof. Loved it! One of the most gorgeous golf courses I have played. The owners and everyone there were so friendly. We did the full 18 and it did not dissapoint, had some blind shots so be careful when teeing off to not hit the group in front of you. I would definitely come back again.

We loved our food here! We were able to stop here at the restaurant while cycling. The staff was super friendly, and the food was outstanding. Best burger I’ve had in a long time! They clearly make a lot in house, and the quality was very high. The prices were terrific too. We paid $41 for 2 specialty burgers, 2 standard burgers, 2 drinks, soft pretzel bites, and 3 sides: fries, tater tots, and homemade potato chips. Love the Gouda burger and the basil aioli!

We went for our Tolley family reunion. What a great location and great Inn. There's plenty of room and wonderful kitchen access, room for making whatever you need to cook. The surrounding area is beautiful.

My wife, son, and I played 18 holes of golf here, and I don't think I have seen better views on a golf course anywhere. The course was fun but challenging, and every hole provided an incredible view of the George Washington National Forrest, which is adjacent to the property. We arrived early in the morning and there was a light and beautiful fog all over the course. The owner was so friendly and made us feel at home. Go play golf here!

Had our Christmas dinner there this evening just for our group. The place was decorated so wonderfully. Wonderful area and Listen when I tell you, I have not had a meal that good in a very long time!!! Thanksgiving wasn’t even this good!!! We had a fresh salad, 16 oz steak, skewer shrimp, baked potato, homemade rolls and Carmel baked apple cheesecake!! I will def be seeing them again in the near future when I’m in that area. Absolutely delish! The service and staff were amazing!! Wish I had photos but I left my phone in the car to enjoy the evening.

Cliff View Golf Club is fantastic. We have been coming here regularly for several years and it has been so much fun to watch this course and clubhouse steadily improve. We loved this course the first time we visited, but boy has it changed in so many good ways. The greens are lovely, the fairways are in great shape and so many of the holes are just drop dead gorgeous. There is plenty of challenge here as well. If you are looking for a perfectly manicured course that lacks a soul, this might not be your cup of tea, but if you like a challenge, love playing golf because you can be outdoors in b…

We had our wedding here, and it was such a wonderful experience. Jen was very helpful and accommodating to us and our needs, was available day and night for any questions/requests even after that initial meeting. The venue was beautiful, but the best part was the food! We had pizza for dinner and various snacks and desserts, and everything was so delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

We were biking the Jackson River Scenic Trail, and this eatery was at the halfway point of our ride. It was a very nice stop with very good food. I agree with other reviewers that Jen is great. It’s a beautiful view of the cliffs. Glad we found it!

We spent the morning golfing at this BEAUTIFUL golf course. This is one of the prettiest golf courses we have played. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This is a hidden gem!! Highly recommend! We did not stay at the lodge, however will be looking into this option in the future.

My daughter got married with her husband on 7/12/24 in this magnificent venue. I couldn’t have asked for a perfect wedding venue for my only daughter. The service was perfect. From the time we started inquiring until after the wedding, Jen and her crew were always very accommodating and very nice to us! The food is always amazing! I recommend everything from the truffle fries, loaded tots, salmon, salads, burgers, you name it! The atmosphere is wonderful! Service is always great. Beautiful location. I always enjoy the outdoors seating and live entertainment. I've never golfed here so I cannot speak to that. The course is exceptionally manicured however!
